Russian Invasion of Ukraine 2022

All true - but,as he mentioned,Putin do not care about those soldiers. And he do not mobilized russians, especially people from Moscov and Petersburg.
So,there could be hidden army of russian elites with all T.14 tanks waiting for right moment to attack.
As @Chiron would say,feint.
Considering that Moscov had long tradition of wsting their soldiers life in stupid ways,it is possible.

Althought - i do not belive in soviet super apemans hiding in underground cities for final attack.
Well, underground cities exist, but as places to hide for Putin, not hide his supersoldiers.

40 Leopard 2s....that's what a battalion's worth of decently high end MBTs? Not a bad amount of kit. Om another I feel sorry for whatever SOB ends up in charge of Ukraine's logistical branch when this all over given the shitload of diverse gear they've been getting. Is useful as heck for now don't get me wrong but oh boy will it be a pain in the ass down the road

Article on how donations from private organizations and people is aiding Ukraine, especially their Territorial Defense Forces.

The Hill said:
The Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA) has donated $1.75 million worth of supplies – out of an estimated $15 million raised in the U.S. – that includes body armor, helmets, communication and night vision equipment, as well as vehicles, ambulances, ready-to-eat meals and sleeping bags.

Another community-based organization, Ukrainian American Coordinating Council (UACC), also holds licenses to export military-grade equipment. UACC has donated 12,000 pieces of body armor and 3,800 helmets, with a total value of $5.25 million.

...

Spirit of America, based in Arlington, Va., has delivered $20.8 million of assistance weighing 155 tons, ranging from protective gear, trauma kits and, recently, nine 50-passenger commercial busses. These will be used to transport TDF volunteers to frontline positions and evacuate civilians from conflict zones, the organization said.

Article on the Russian Crowdfunding to get Supplies to a Russian Su-34 Squadron.

The Drive said:
The images show a motley assortment of things one might buy at a hardware store, including power tools, wrenches, extension cords, and even an axe and weed hackers, among other things. One Russian Air Force squadron equipped with Su-34 Fullback combat jets received a pair of Chinese-made Hangcha-brand commercial forklifts to help move bombs and other ordnance around for loading onto aircraft. These are hardly the kinds of things one would expect to be in high demand by elements of a major military.

Thats retarded. But it changes nothing on the ground in Ukraine.
I mean.
You have yet to show any proof that has actual backing thay Ukraine is in horrible position.
Hell Rissia seems to be nearing declaring martial law, and has been thinking about trying to have the British citizen that was in UKRAINE as ransom to releave sanctions.

I'll say one thing: this has been an utter clusterfuck for Russia and Putin, wanting to "secure his legacy" or not.

Putin expected this to be a quick affair. It's now turned into a slogging match that's bleeding Russia dry economically, militarily, and socially -- the latter of which by the war creating a stark divide in Russia's population. Half of them support the war, while the other half are openly (and basically) rebelling, albeit nonviolently.

Hell, even a lot of Russian soldiers don't know why they're there, fighting: some have even openly asked "why are we fighting Russians?", so even though they don't want to be there/support the war they're being ordered to fight, they still see Ukrainians are basically Russians (interesting viewpoint there).

Make no mistake, though: Russia is becoming more desperate by the week as pressure mounts on them from all directions.

They're fucked even as they fought for what they believed in.
Did Russia just become House Kurita? I mean, it's perfectly acceptable to view mercenaries as a less-than-worthy opponent, but this action ensures that any mercenaries they fight won't surrender. They'll cause even more damage before they can be taken out.
