Russian Invasion of Ukraine 2022

So it was said, but never actually seen like the BMP-1M program. And the 2A28 is actually a good gun in the hands of a good operator if dated. And we'll see it for some time yet as a heavy weapon support in Company Bronegruppas for all the problems 30mm can't solve and the Konkurs would be a better spent elsewhere.

So again, most likely they had a bunch of Grom turrets not immediately fixable and just pulled BPPU turrets and slapped them on to meet the numbers they needed and drove on.
The 73mm was proven horrible by how little elevation it had in urban environments. How little depression it has when behind cover.
It is literally a horrible weapon for dealing with ANYTHING that isn't light armor.

Was wondering if that particular BMP-1 variant would show up. Russia probably had a bunch of shot up BMP-1 Turrets not immediately fixable and some money changed hands and ready turrets were slapped on at Depots and finished units bought from the storage yards. Needs must.

More NATO weapons captured by DPR.

Comrade Cows have zero fucks to give and continue eating.

Another UkA position overrun and captured.

They only have to throw up their hand and surrender. If the Soldiers want to be martyrs, fine, but send off your women and children first.

1.kgbstan is using old BMP.1.Either they have nothing better,or it is feint.
2.According to that post, all weapon send to Ukraine is captured by kgbstan.
3.kgbstan captured some trench.
4.Marjunpol would fall this time,so soldiers must surrender or die,and they should let cyvilians go.

1- Putin could send obsolate stuff for his slaves, becouse he do not care how many would die,but - they could gather forces to invade Poland, too.Never knew with psychos.
2.All weapon captured? really? then WHY THEY DO NOT WIN YET?
3.i am sure, they captured more then one trench.Their problem - if they keep winning like that, they would capture Donbas in 2023.
4.Cyvilians there are people who was bombarded by kgbstan when they try leave,so they do not belive Putin anymore.
And soldiers would let them go - problem is,kgbstan do not allow that. They want capitulation.
And nobody sane surrender to putin, when he could die fighting on mountain of putin slaves corpses.
Here, destroyed kgbstan BMP. it is proof, that Ukraine arleady win, right?
Becouse ,if capturing trench mean winning, destroing BMP means the same:

Nope it's terrible weapon, the accuracy rapidly falls beyond 200 meters, hitting anything beyond 500 meters is a lottery at best and you are shit out of luck if there is strong wind, as rounds are heavily affected due to low energy/surface coefficient. With 30 mm gun you can at least hit what you aim for. When they did comparison testing stationary BMP-1 hit a stationary target at known range (800 meters) with 35%.
With 2A28 you have poor chance of eliminating ATGM or RPG team that you spotted, with 30 mm gun, you have a good chance. And those are the biggest threats to IFVs, for armor threats there are ATGMs.

And even against other IFVs you can at least shoot a lot with the 30mm instead of having to hope you get the first shot with the 73

The fires in Bryansk might've been caused by a Bayraktar TB2 Drone Strike which might've been shot down after the successful execution of the operation.

Reportedly many planes landed in Crimea recently with convoys of Russian military vehicles heading to Kherson.

As for those wanting to leave Kherson...

No luck for them at the moment.

Also in Kherson, an Airborne BTR-D was found abandoned and laden with boxes of Russian ATGMs.

Two large explosions reported in Transnistria, the disputed part of Moldova claimed by Russian Seperatists and wedged between Moldova and Ukraine.

More alleged details on the explosion in Transnistria. Happened near or at a State Security Building.

Delegates from more then twenty nations are to meet in Rammstein Airbase in Germany to discuss long term support of the Ukrainian war effort.

Ukraine now operating T-80BVM tanks donated from Russia.

Fairly long thread detailing the military aid the United Kingdom has and is planning on sending Ukraine.

The FSB has just broken up a Ukranian backed Neo-Nazi Terrorist plot that was going to take place in Russia. Among the items found were weapons, homemade explosives, Nazi paraphernalia, Ukrainian propaganda books, an anime wig and three SIM cards!

I mean three copies of The Sims 3.

Evidence is reportedly unclear as to some of the players involved, no pun intended.

EDIT: New Tweet, Old One Deleted.

Short thread on the Russian Cruise Missile Strike that damaged the only major crossing point to the Budjak region in Southwestern Ukraine. All other roads go through Moldova.

Totally coincidentally three "terrorist attacks" reported in Transnistria now, including a new attack on antenna used by Russian Broadcasting.

Russia is concerned but HOPING this won't result in a scenario where Transnistria isn't dragged into the conflict.

President of Moldova has her own press conference as well concerning the recent events.

Trent Telenko with another thread, this one pertaining to how much better organized American logistics is in comparison to the logistical practices that have been reportedly been practiced by Russian forces as well as pointing out the intelligence failure in apparently not realizing such despite such analysis having been released for public knowledge since the era of the Cold War.

A Ukrainian Su-25 dogfights with a Russian Su-25 and reportedly damages it in the engagement, chasing it away.

Seperatist Authoroties are setting up Checkpoints being set up in Transnistria, with the local Russian forces put on High Alert and reportedly a fair number of locals there fleeing to Moldova at the moment.

Reportedly Successful Ukrainian artillery strikes on Russian Armored Forces in Zaporizhia, in South Central Ukraine.

Another reportedly successful Ukrainian Artillery Strike on other Russian Armored Forces in the Eastern Ukraine.

Fire reportedly at a Russian Arms Depot in the Belgorod Oblast North of Kharkov. Supposedly it is already contained.

Earlier it was reported Russian S-300 Systems were active over the area within Belgorod.

Rob Lee cautiously suspects US Intelligence data is partly the reason for why so many Senior Russian Officers have been Killed.
