Yeah, with laughter.
Except that the whole Ukrainian identity was pretty much invented and most of Ukraine's territory was cobbled up from pieces of Russia and Poland.
Europe as a whole wanted nothing to do with this shit show, a few of the Eurocrats as well as the Balts and the Poles pushed for this, as did the US state department.
Do I need to remind you of Numand's "Fuck the EU" nonsense and how she and Piett picked out the new government after that little coup they helped orchestrate?
Go watch Ukraine on Fire on Rumble.
We should have just talked to Putin and split it down the middle,we get the Galicia and the grain and the sunflowers, he gets to have the Russian-speaking half with all the soviet factories that were tightly coupled to the Russian economy.
There's several flaws with your whole argument, but the most immediately obvious, is that it isn't American, German, Polish, French, or British soldiers fighting the Russians in Ukraine.
It's Ukrainians.
We know
exactly what happens when Ukrainians aren't interested in fighting against Russians. It's more or less what happened in the Donbass in 2014; the Russians rolled in, the Ukrainian forces present there pretty much surrendered or switched sides, and that was that.
But this time, that isn't happening. Instead, the Ukrainians are fighting tooth and nail against a foe with vastly superior numbers and equipment, and they've been doing so for a month now.
Why is that?
It's almost like the
Ukrainians don't want to be rolled over by Russia, and are willing to die to keep it from happening. Even if Ukraine
was a somehow fabricated nation (which it isn't), the people who inhabit it have clearly decided that they like being a separate nation from Russia, and want to keep it that way.
Also, are you familiar with the Holodomor?
