I just found logical explanation for Wagner plaing wounded here and widrawing from Bahmut.

Wagner group just kicked out french from Burkina Faso.Country famous for gold and military putches.
He could go there as chief of private army which would work for whoever rule there,and live happy live.

Consider thsi - who would do prefer to fight,ukrainians with modern weapons who knew how to use it and hate your guts,where you could not even committ any war crimes,or rebelling farmers with AK-47 at best,who could be genocided and nobody would care?

So,Mr Progozin did logical thing and go fight battles more profitable for him.

Frankly I think a lot of what Prigozhin is doing is an act.

There is the theory that he also has PTSD and just snapped, too.

The media has been trying to keep it quiet, but things are getting real bad in France, apparently.

I joked about there being another revolution a few months back, and we all know that rioting is a French pastime as drinking tea is for my fellow Englishmen, but this shit isn't dying down -- it's getting hotter. People are still angry.

What many fail to realize is how bad the economy is getting, especially for retirees.

The big money houses, Blackrock and the like, have setup all their bad debt inside of places like national retirement funds in France.

The people are seeing that now, and looking at their retirement accounts becoming worthless.

Then add in all the younger people realizing they're going to have to work longer for more of that nothing...

Oh yeah, people are pissed.
 



So now Russia state TV is reporting Lukashenko is 'ill', after a Russian diplo/state jet was tracked going into Minsk last night and rapidly returning several hours later.

Safe bet Luka may not be among the living anymore, and they are trying to slow walk news of his death while Russia's new puppet for Belarus is chosen.

Though I think they are talking about the full up version of the Storm Shadow fromt he UK, not the US weapons system.

SCALP-EG is the French designation for the full version -- Système de Croisière Autonome à Longue Portée – Emploi Général. It's more accurate to use the French designation because while technically a joint development, British contribution is pretty much just nominal for PR purposes -- it's a French missile.

They already directly own and man the gold mines. They shoot down every UN or African Union spy drone that tries to fly near the mines. From the chatter of local tribes they're using the enemies of the Dictator and unlucky nomads and villagers they snatch as slave labourers. Prygozhin cannot withdraw too much or Putin kills him and promotes a new patsy.
