THAT SAID, if we send troops to Ukraine I'm gonna start rooting for Russia, because we have no fucking business over there. Yes, I'll be rooting for people like zachowan who are open war mongers, and openly want to go to war just to feel important, to get killed by the Ruskies. You'll feel real important bleeding out for the US governments corrupt interests.

The only US troops in Ukraine will be/are embassy guards, even likely going into the future once the Russians are forced out, as we simply don't have enough troops (recruiting/retention is and will remain shit) to set up a lot more bases even once Ukraine is in NATO.

Ukraine is far more likely to see Polish, Romanian, or UK troops stationed there once in NATO, while the US just provides weapons.

It's interesting because these people Hate Biden and everything he stands for, claim the election is stolen, we are living under a dictator who stole the presidency...but yeah let's still go to war in Ukraine for them even though there's well documented evidence of his conflicts of interest involving Ukraine.

That? Nah that's fine. They're behind Biden on THAT.

Look I voted Trump because he started no new wars. That's why I'll vote him in 2024 as well.

I'm not pro Russia, but I also don't actually care if Russia takes some strips of land in a country on the other side of the world, and don't think the US should be involved at all.

People think if you don't shut off your brain and go all in for Ukraine that you're pro Russia, when in reality is that for many of us, the actual opinion from the very beginning is "not our fight, not our business." Let Europe fight its own battles.

Most of Europe drags the US through the dirt all day, but then needs big Daddy USA to come save them as soon as something goes wrong. Maybe Europe should actually spend more bolstering their own militaries and defend themselves? I've been told how shitty America is on the internet by Europeans for my entire existence online. Maybe they should learn to get by without the US to bail them out every time they need it?

Why should our own men go die for people who hate us?

Again, it is very, very unlikely anyone US forces will ever be openly sent to Ukraine, even once in NATO, except as embassy guards.

Also, some of us can separate our domestic issues with the stolen election of 2020 and the Biden family's horrendous behavior, from the fact that Russia is the aggressor here and that Ukraine deserves to be free of rule by Moscow and that we should support them with all the aid we can.

Biden is fucking up with Ukraine too, so don't think I 'like' his actions there; he's slow rolled gear that would and could save Ukrainian lives and help push Russian forces out faster.

You also seem to forget that Putin and Russia only saw Ukraine as 'step one' and very much want to try to pry off the Baltics from NATO if possible, though with Finland and Sweden now in NATO, the Baltic Sea is simply 'Lake NATO' now.

However I do understand the frustration with Europeans who are usually demanding, insulting, and contemptuous of the American public and the desires of the American public, right up till they need the US to save them from a conflict that has sprung up. If Euro's were a little more grateful for all the US blood spilled to save them before now, and the US treasure needed to keep the nuclear umbrella over NATO, I think a lot of cross-Atlantic tension could be lessened.

That's cool. I just want the people who actually want this war and are rooting for it to get killed before the people who are against it.

No I don't actually want Zach to die. But if he gets his way and we go to war, I'd prefer he die over some reservist that got pulled back in, or some solider who joined before the conflict that is against the war.

I for one enjoy how triggering the existence of trans people is on the large portion of cis people, it's amusing. I for one have never felt uncomfortable around trans people, but most of the time I've been uncomfortable sexually is around cis people, I've never been sexually assaulted by trans people but I've been sexually assaulted on multiple occasions by cis women and cis gay men
