On one hand it's a somewhat bad meme.
On the other not only is it actually a valid joke and a decent attempt, they also avoided the trap so many progressives fall into when wanting to argue against White Genocide theories by going "It doesn't exist also it's a good thing you are all dying away"

It would be nice - IF Ukraine invaded Moscov,genocided cyvilians on taken territories,and take their children.

Eh, depends what one considers the relevant measure. One could make a good argument that Jews are the single most powerful ethnic in the US: Whites are wealthy but fractured. Blacks are unified but poor. Jews are unified and wealthy, which translates into a lot of power as an ethnic. When a black celebrity goes on some racist diatribe, the thing that gets them in trouble is saying bad things about the Jews, not White people.
I wonder how much people going crazy about the jews is because there's such a huge variance between the approved narrative on Jews as helpless victims, vs the lived experience of the Jews being the most powerful and dangerous ethnic they've likely personally interacted with.

That poor British exist does not make "the British were rich and powerful in 1914" a nonsense statement. And if some South American country figured it was a good idea to steel from British buisness, there's a reasonable chance of that country feeling what messing with the rich and powerful means.

I understand the impulse, but collectives do, well, exist. And collectives generally beat out individuals. Lets not simply to the extent that the crazy racist has a more accurate view of reality. Collectivism is necessary and good. Part of the whole project of the right is to build healthy collectives.
To reject collectivism is to pre-emtively surrender.
