Trump Investigations Thread

There really isn't, unless the phone records are put into evidence. Remember, disbarring is a much worse than a disqualificaiton.

You have one person weaseling, two (Wade and Willis) who agree on stuff but don't sound very honest, and one person who is calling them out. It's still a he said/she said. And the judge will have to deal with Willis for years if not a decade. There's still an open question about disqualification if the tie goes to the runner, etc.

Disbarring is a whole level above that. Yes, perjury would get you there, but you'd need more than "he said/she said" levels of proof. Hence again why the phone calls are important.
It's the blatant lies on the stand that would do it.

Pretty sure in the Aubrey case Barnes was saying under the specific law Georgia had at the time the Citizens arrest was legal. it basically was made to address runaway slaves and so didn't require you to be witness to a Felony but instead required that you suspected they had. in response to this incident they took it off the books before the trial came around and the judge basically just threw up his hands and let the jury decide how they wanted to interpret that law rather than give instruction on how it was meant to be interpreted.

Eagerly awaiting the day when a conservative judge does the same to Biden.

Oh wait, they won't because they're a bunch of cucks.

We both know what its all going to look like when this all just fucking explodes, you from personal experience me from even the most casual reading of history, its like being in a horror movie and none of the people your warning give a shit about the conquences.

Trump should have pardoned them.

As a side note, the closing arguments (and maybe the phone records) are going to be heard today in 30 minutes, in the live stream below:

So the phone records (and other evidence) ruling happened. Basically, the ruling is postponed, pending on whether the judge thinks it's going to be necessary for him to reach a ruling. So right now, closing arguments are happening, but there's a chance evidence could be reopened as well.

Overall, I think this is a good sign for Trump: it seems to signal that the judge has made up his mind already, in a way that the phone records wouldn't affect, so that way he can skip a few extra hearings. Not a perfect sign, but I'd go for 60/40 disqualification right now.

Also, Sadow is making some great arguments. Namely, the defense is calling out the prosecutor for prejudicing the jury pool by making racist and religious appeals during her church speech.

Yes, and destroy the power, so they can't do it again. Tear down the FBI entirely, using Vivek's method.
Not fully. Destroy their ability to enforce the law. Have some other group be the ones to arrest and chase criminals across state lines. I think there is already an agency that can do that. The US Marshal service.

The FBI can only investigate crimes...as is detailed in their agency name.

Or worse comes to worse...fold them all into the national park service. They get to stay in the government and even work outdoors. I'm sure collecting bear stool samples will reveal many things.

No, the FBI is way to corrupt to allow to continue. You can fire about half of them (who are bureaucrats) and then fold the rest into the DEA or Marshals or whereever. The problem is that the core place is bad.

No more FBI after that.
