So the phone records (and other evidence) ruling happened. Basically, the ruling is postponed, pending on whether the judge thinks it's going to be necessary for him to reach a ruling. So right now, closing arguments are happening, but there's a chance evidence could be reopened as well.
Overall, I think this is a good sign for Trump: it seems to signal that the judge has made up his mind already, in a way that the phone records wouldn't affect, so that way he can skip a few extra hearings. Not a perfect sign, but I'd go for 60/40 disqualification right now.
Also, Sadow is making some great arguments. Namely, the defense is calling out the prosecutor for prejudicing the jury pool by making racist and religious appeals during her church speech.
