not really you have a lot of the midwest joining in as well.

I don't by the way think this is the issue that would spark off a conflict, because its incredibly easy for Biden to desecalate by either saying he has bigger issues to deal with and let texas do what they want, or by doing his job. Or you could have the supreme court come in and slap him again, or you could have congress weigh in and tell him to knock it off.

There are a whole lot of ways to handle this that I don't think that this is the issue that would shatter things.

Like I said earlier my money is that it will be something economic like the governments of the west being forced to admit there is no way in hell they can pay their debts and just do a mass default.

That really doesn't fix thier long term problems and in fact makes them quite a deal worse.

It only takes a couple generations for Latinos to assimulate and then they realize they have the exact same problems as their anglo neighbors. And as our Latin posters can tell you Latin american right wingers arn't nearly as craven or as nice as their anglo counter parts.

You already see hispanics coming up through the republican party leadership, and their already quite a bit colder and less willing to deal with nonsense.

You are making a incorrect assumption here.

They aren't just coming from Latino areas. They are coming from all over the world because the door is wide open.

All they have to do is fly to Mexico, cross the border, call 911 and request border patrol pick them up, claim asylum, and get sent wherever they want with benefits far in excess of what Americans get.

They don't care about getting assimilated. They care about getting in and taking advantage.

And that's not even talking about the cartels and gang stuff. The drugs and human trafficking. Enemy nations slipping sleeper cells in all over the place.

The situation is not even remotely close to "They are Latinos that will assimilate and become conservatives."

I could do the same for the UK atm. Show up as a boat-person with a fake accent and get better benefits and accommodations than any UK citizen.

I propose THE GREAT SWAP! All the white Brits come to the US, and all the white Americans go the UK, as refugees and get the benefits. ALL the benefits.
