Oh, so it was that sanctimonious prick LordsFire spewing nonsense about me being invested in Russia despite me explaining it is not the case and I am worried about my country's situation and the EU as a whole, and not that other guy with the horse avatar?

Guess I owe whoever that other guy was an apology, but that is what they get for having the same ugly color scheme on their avatars, oops...

As to Russia, well most of the time we have had good relations with them and culturally they are very similar, starting when Kievan Rus adopted the Cyrillic from us and there are even some theories about that Olga of Kiev was the granddaughter of Boris I.

Also, there is the elephant in the room, which is that the EU/NATO is supporting a shithole that has very little to offer us other than paid votes for the Eurocracy in Brussels and its constant expansion, and cheap labor for Western Europe and more protected markets for the Germans.
While at the same time wrecking our relations with the Russians and limiting the EU's access to Russian resources and markets.

We damaged our entire economy because of this shit, we are de-industrializing and the USA is eating our lunch.

I am pretty sure that the same problems Russia has had with demographics are valid for Ukraine, and tens of millions of "Ukraininas" are no longer draft-able by the Kiev regime.
Are you thinking about me I’m touched I completely forgot about you.

And a lot of those "Russian speakers" are orthodox, you know,
So fucking what? The same principle as language applies. What is this, 16th century, where countries in Europe organize and have borders drawn according to religion? Does Ireland want to be ruled by Spain because they are fellow Catholics?
the same orthodox church your favorite Atheist of Jewish extraction's buddies ban and repress...
Push that Kremlin bullshit to someone who doesn't know it.
Funny how you don't mention that Moscow is not the only game in town anymore in Ukraine's orthodoxy and probably a majority of them prefer to be orthodox without Moscow being involved in that.

...and they voted for the pro-Russian or peo-regional authority candidates, like, consistently...
Russia is currently educating them on what a mistake that was in the usual way - occupation :D.

Then they must be against kgb officer Cyril leading Moscov church,or rather kgb branch, and support Constantinopole.
You forget, that so-called orthodox church in kgbstan is just part of kgb state now.

Yes, I am sure that a Catholic is very familiar with Orthodox church history.
Especially one that is as obsessed with Muh Moskov.

As always, your latest post is obviously pulled off of google and biased towards your preferred side, if your beloved neonazis and their ringleader raped a few mutts in the center of Warsaw you'd probably applaud the affair.
You are also the same guy salivating over restoring stuff like the PLC/gobbling up parts or all of Ukraine and pushing some silly theories, like that the ancestors of the modern day Ukrainians liked being serfs under a bunch of rich hereditary military thugs from Poland, aka your Magnates, you know like before Khmelnytsky started spoiling your little Oligarcho-Boliar/Magnate colonization of Ukraine fun.
Although a bunch of your blue blood inbred parasites like Brzezinski held lands in what is today's Ukraine well after the horrid partition, that apparently mostly left them and their riches in tact.

And here is how much respect the Kiev regime and their thugs have for orthodoxy and for its people:

Now, since the way these western-backed thugs denigrate and abuse my coreligionists has left a bad taste in my mouth, here is a nice vid of something owned by the Ukrainains going kaboom, nice, big explosion:

I wonder how much of their remaining ammo for that fabled offensive got blown up.

KGB Officer Cyril is still cosplaing as patriarch, after all.

When head or orthodox Faith is Patriarch of Constantinopole.Who is supporting Kiev, not kgb.

Well, if ya do invest in Russia, invest in funeral homes, coffin-manufacturers, and distilleries.

Their businesses are booming.

Actually those are very good investments in any country, since the stigma connected to them makes most people recoil from the business.
Waste disposal, sewage, and various types of fertilizers.
And cigarettes and those disgusting vapes.

Whoa now let’s not get crazy!
Most come from China and are filled with all sorts of weird concoctions, I'd bet money they are more carcinogenic than regular cigarettes.

But the brats love em, they even smoke more and drink less than previous generations because muh social media and smoking makes you look kool whileas drinking makes you make a fool of yourself.

Google sucks for this stuff, lol, and the irony of you whining like "OMG you argue for your preferred side, how unfair!" while your lolcow ass spams reposts from obvious by name FSBwood channels is not left unnoticed. And please return to keeping your sick sexual fantasies to appropriate section of the forum.

Those are supposes Polish fantasies as fantasized by FSBwood, not anything i actually said, btw, so again, take this metafantastic shit to creative writing. Being brainwashed is not something you should be bragging about, it's not something to be proud of.
Yeah, sure, Russian Empire during that time was surely a land of milk and honey with no oppression and certainly no hereditary military thugs at all, no siree, you you ever read the fucking clown shit you spill over the internet?
Although a bunch of your blue blood inbred parasites like Brzezinski held lands in what is today's Ukraine well after the horrid partition, that apparently mostly left them and their riches in tact.
Better blue blood than Moscow's serf hoping for tzar's leftovers.

FSB church and its agents can go to hell for all i care, hope Ukrainians give it a speedy ride there.
Your spamming of FSBwood media is touching, but it just so happens that i trust it almost as much as i trust Hollywood.

Don't tell me you give a shit about religion more than i do.
As part of my national identity, yeah, most certainly.
As well as that of my fellow orthodox slavs, you know, the people your magnates tried to colonize and enslave by using stuff like religion as a reason.
There is an old saying on the Balkans, better the Sultan's Turban than the Pope's cap.

This despite all of the many pogrom-like attacks, all of the extra taxes including the Devshirme aka blood tax and other indignities and atrocities.

As long as you provide me salt for my food as you usually do.

But joke aside, that is how much you hate the Russians/simp for the Ukraininas, I mean, I could have put in horses, or ducks, or sheep, I think the original sort of quote from LMB involved a sheep.

You were the one on and on about empire building in my neck of the woods, stop lying.

As to FSBwood, well:

The history of the Ukrainian Cossacks has three distinct aspects: their struggle against the Tatars and the Turks in the steppe and on the Black Sea; their participation in the struggle of the Ukrainian people against socioeconomic and national-religious oppression by the Polish magnates; and their role in the building of an autonomous Ukrainian state. The important political role played by the Ukrainian Cossacks in the history of their nation distinguishes them from the Russian Cossacks.

First period (1550–1648). In the mid-16th century the Cossack structure in the Zaporizhia was created in the process of the steppe settlers' struggle against Tatar raids. The Tatar raids forced the army of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania to build fortresses in the southern region of Ukraine (in Kaniv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Khmilnyk, Bratslav, Bar, and elsewhere). A second category of Cossacks, known as town Cossacks (horodovi kozaky), was formed for the defense of the towns. They were organized by the local officials (in Cherkasy by Ostafii Dashkevych and S. Polozovych; in Khmilnyk by Przecław Lanckoroński; in Bar by Bernard Pretwicz) as well as Samuel Zborowski, Prince Dmytro Vyshnevetsky (Baida), Prince B. Ruzhynsky, and others. These leaders, together with the town and Zaporozhian Cossacks, went far into the steppes in pursuit of the Tatars in order to rescue captives or to attack Tatar and Turkish coastal towns. In time the Cossacks acquired military strength and experience as well as prestige in their own society and fame throughout Europe, which at that time was resisting the Turkish onslaught.

Another important factor in the growth of the Ukrainian Cossacks was the socioeconomic changes taking place in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in the 16th century. Because of the favorable conditions for selling grain in Western Europe, the Polish nobility introduced the manorial system of agriculture (see Filvarok). This substantially worsened the lot of the peasantry: their land allotments were decreased, their freedom of movement was limited, and corvée was expanded. The nobility and the Polish government attempted to impose Catholicism and Polonization on the Ukrainian population. The basic form of opposition by the peasants, and to some extent by the burghers, was flight. The fugitive peasants and townspeople fled to the sparsely populated steppe, established settlements, received, for a specified period (up to 30 years), the right to a tax-exempt settlement (sloboda), and called themselves free men—Cossacks. But legal ownership of the expanses of land in the Dnipro River region was obtained from the Polish kings by the nobility, who created large latifundia and tried to impose feudal dependency on the local population—both peasants and Cossacks. By the end of the 16th and beginning of the 17th century this pressure of the magnates and nobility led to bloody conflicts in which the Cossacks fought against the Polish landowners and the Polish government: the uprisings of Kryshtof Kosynsky (1591–3), Severyn Nalyvaiko (1594–6), Hryhorii Loboda (1596), Marko Zhmailo (1625), Taras Fedorovych (1630), Ivan Sulyma (1635), Pavlo Pavliuk and Dmytro Hunia (1637), and Yakiv Ostrianyn and Karpo Skydan (1638), all of them brutally suppressed by the Poles.
I did not know it ran the internet encyclopedia of Ukraine

Meanwhile, to the east, a major Cossack insurrection in the Ukraine in 1648 undermined another Christian commonwealth, the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (Rzeczpospolita). The Polish state had seen off many threats from Muscovites, Tatars and Turks on its eastern and southeastern borders, and faced down numerous previous revolts by Ruthenian Cossacks, increasingly alienated by the political and social contempt shown towards them by Polish aristocrats, who had established huge landed estates in Ruthenia (Ukraine). But nothing prepared the Polish state for the Cossack Rebellion (1648–57) led by Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky. With Tartar assistance, and then with the support of the Muscovites, the rebels eradicated the Polish nobility (szlachta) and their estates from Ruthenia, and dismantled the ecclesiastical authority of the Latin Rite Catholics there. Already weakened by a Swedish incursion in the 1620s, the military and political collapse of the once powerful Polish state after 1648 was dramatic, destabilizing eastern Europe.
****
The destruction of Christendom began to affect Orthodox Christianity as well, with long-term consequences for Poland. Uniate bishops discovered that, despite the support from Rome, they were not welcome within the councils of the Commonwealth. Under the proselytizing influence of Dominicans and Jesuits, many Orthodox Christians simply converted to Roman Catholicism. In Ruthenia (the Ukraine and Belarus), although much of the Orthodox hierarchy became Uniate, the parish clergy and people did not. The Cossacks held on to their Orthodox faith and turned it into a manifestation of their exclusion from the Polish Commonwealth. There were many Poles who felt that the Cossack rebellion of 1648 was a religious war, waged against them and the Commonwealth itself.*****
Settling first in the towns of western Poland (Cracow, Poznanń and Lvov), they moved eastwards to Lithuania and the Ukraine, where, joined by Karaite Levantine Jews, they served as agents and middlemen for Polish colonizers.

******

Especially in Ruthenia, Jewish communities were vulnerable to a hostility that was aimed as much towards their role as instruments of colonization as towards their religion

Better blue blood than Moscow's serf hoping for tzar's leftovers.
Yeah, tell that to all the Cossacks that constantly rebelled against your Oligarchic ex-Military thugs and that were made up of their runaway serfs, and the Russians that stopped the Polish Intervention during the Russian time of troubles.
I am sure they loved to be colonized by your inbred hereditary military mafia.

Then again, your blue blood oligarchy did a fine job of weakening the state and bringing about the Deluge and the Polish Partitions, and were rewarded by the various Kaisers, Tzars and Holy Roman Emperors by being permitted to keep their serfs and their lands.

Ah, there is that Magnate love for the serfs and their inferior religion.

It's still hilarious that you keep talking as if you were a vampire who was put in torpor sometime in 18th century and only got awakened recently and took a trip to Moscow to look at the newspapers to see what's going on around the world.
Who the fuck cares, you still didn't deny that you don't give a shit and you're as orthodox as i'm catholic.
Magnates, cossacks, bluebloods, Turks, what the fuck. Is the Iscariot Organization on the hunt for you so that you are so angry at the Pope?

Unfortunately for ya, Ukraine is more of my "neck of the woods" than yours because it's not Balkans, so sod off to where you belong.

Yeah, silly Poles, with their limited governments and shit, instead of properly crushing dissent like the Muscovites and other real empires.

I am not angry at the pope, just at a subset of catholics who see themselves as superior to the Orthodox and/or have used the religious differences as a pretext to try and colonize other people's lands.
Unfortunately for ya, Ukraine is more of my "neck of the woods" than yours because it's not Balkans, so sod off to where you belong.
Varna to Odessa, 297 nautical miles

Varna to Sevastopol, 335 nautical miles

Silistra to Izmail, 272 km

Part of my ancestors came here FROM THE FUCKING CRIMEA, ON HORSEBACK.

Some cossacks rebelled against the Russian Tzar, settled in SIlistra, then decided Turkey was not for them and went back home, with the Tzar telling them that he and Russia forgive them their transgressions.

U were saying?

What part of Poland are you from and how many thousands of kilometers from the Black Sea, Crimea, and Kiev is it?

The more you talk the more i understand why Balkans are such a shithole.
Great powers fucking shit up for us and poliglot countries not really working?

Great powers like the British and later the USA and the USSR.
Quote me or eat your bullshit.

And funny that you don't talk about how did the glorious Russian Empire reward them for it.

Yeah, silly Poles, with their limited governments and shit, instead of properly crushing dissent like the Muscovites and other real empires.
Yup, I see a non-argument here.

That book had a nice analysis of why the Deluge happened, hint-hint, it was because your oligarchy was too greedy and fucked over the entire country, their thuggish hereditary cronyism forced the expansion of serfdom, created more unrest and ultimately led to all those Cossack rebellions and you being too weak to defend yourselves against the deluge and the partitions.

Same shit happened to us in the 14th century, with ever more greedy and powerful Boliars bringing in Turkish mercenaries and forcing more and more serfdom and breaking off from the central authority.

As to the Cossacks, well, their religion was left in tact, they were mostly left to follow their traditions and were better off than the serfs in both Poland and Russia.

Cossackdom continues to exist to this day.

Again, get your head screwed on right or fuck off back to 18th century. Who cares anymore?
Colonize? Russia is the only ones doing a "recolonization" right now.
Fucking clown world logic, it's still not Balkans geographically, it's divided by a fucking sea.
By your logic Poland is as much of a Scandinavian country as Ukraine is Balkan, lol.
Some cossacks rebelled against the Russian Tzar, settled in SIlistra, then decided Turkey was not for them and went back home, with the Tzar telling them that he and Russia forgive them their transgressions.
Cool "good and forgiving tzar" story, a staple of Russian government propaganda since many centuries.
U were saying?

What part of Poland are you from and how many thousands of kilometers from the Black Sea, Crimea, and Kiev is it?
None of your business, but i'll give you hint, it's about as long drive from friggin damn eastward Mariupol as Sofia, and much closer to places like Charkov or Kyiv than Sofia.
Great powers fucking shit up for us and poliglot countries not really working?

Great powers like the British and later the USA and the USSR.
Yeah, blame great powers, nothing with the local people, those must be perfect for sure :D
Yup, I see a non-argument here.

And yet what the fuck does it have to do with the current war? Did your time machine get lost or something so that you can't go back to to the fucking age of sail, being stuck annoying the internet with your 3 century old takes?
They still were nicer than the absolutist monarchs and oprichniks, and that was why they lost.
Same shit happened to us in the 14th century, with ever more greedy and powerful Boliars bringing in Turkish mercenaries and forcing more and more serfdom and breaking off from the central authority.

Sure, they can have tradition and religion, but of course you had no comment regarding their legal rights :D
