While I do agree, he did leave America in a better situation than he inherited, and that is all that really matters.
Obama?
I very much disagree.
He absolutely strangled the economy. Turned what should have been a fairly normal recovery period into the great recession.
It's telling that when Trump came in and started undoing things the economy immediately took off and we had the best economy of our lives till covid and lockdowns ruined everything.
Plus the whole Arab spring thing and pivoting to supporting Iran and destabilizing the entire Middle East.
Plus the turning federal agencies into his personal attack dogs. Having the irs target conservatives specifically. And having all his "czars" try and take over various sectors of the economy. Plus the absolute disaster that obamacare has been.
Obamas presidency is defined by government power exploding in size and trying to take over or influence everything and the media covering for him every step of the way.
And if you were against any part of it then you were just racist and hated him because he's black.
The country became incredibly divided because of that administration and its policies. That's the reason we're as split as we are now. It started under Bush and Obama and the democrats and their media lapdogs took it to a insane level with Trump.
I think Obama made literally everything worse.
