You remove the corruption, not the fact the police exist in that area.
There's not political will to remove corruption. There's a reason why killing things off is the way this is done everywhere else: it works. If something get's really broken, it can be better just to recycle it instead of repairing it. That's what we do with companies.

Training, oversight, logical decisions.
People are trained to follow orders and the orders are legal (just corrupt), oversight is just other orders from above, and it's very logical to obey legal orders.

None of these would have stopped cops from raiding Mar-a-Lago, because this was a legal order, and the cops did what the FBI wanted them to do.

Newsflash: the cops never will disobey legal orders, and the US government will never teach them to think for themselves as it doesn't benefit the US government. It's hard enough for them to disobey illegal orders.

Murdering children is what the ATF is supposed to do? News to me.
Yeah, pretty much. The whole point of the police arm of the state is to enforce the state's control. The ATF focuses on gun control, and was following the typical strategy: obey us, or we'll arrest you, and if you resist, we can and will murder you, your family, and your children.

The FBI is corrupt not because they frame people for kidnapping (that's exactly what they are supposed to do). They are corrupt because they think they should control the state. Very different.

They literally fucking aren't. Faking emails is illegal.
Oh, that order? I was referring to the Mar-A-Lago raid. Obviously, you can get the fake email people up on charges. But the Mar-A-Lago raid (and other Trump raids) was in some sense worse: it was official action intended to harm a campaign side.

For the faking emails, that wasn't the hole point of the organization, that could be laughed off as a bad apple. But for the raids? There's serious fundamental problems that cannot be fixed.

That order came from the person Biden put in charge. Literally just a single dude.

The ruling makes it clear that Congress, not states, has to set rules on how the 14th Amendment provision can be enforced. As such the decision applies to all states, not just Colorado.

"Because the Constitution makes Congress, rather than the states, responsible for enforcing section 3 against all federal officeholders and candidates, we reverse," the ruling said.

They are turning on KBJ already at The Atlantic.

Man...gotta throw shade b/c, "Our side CAN'T be WRONG!!!!"
Good, the more they do this the more they discredit "white supremacist!" as a political attack as everyone sees this for what it is. If Justice Brown is a white supremacist than white supremacy is not at all what the average person has considered it to be. By their standard harriet tubman was a white supremacist.

man the FBI didn't start out good and become corrupt it was corrupt from the get go.

Pretty much, the President should declare it a terrorist organization and all its agents engaging in acts of domestic terror and sedition against the US.

A resolution in congress should be passed liquidating its financial assets and permanently defunding every aspect of it.

Every single agent belongs in gizmo.

They're all traitors.

All of them.

Yeah, and burn down your house, steal your money, etc. But all of that is exactly how cops are supposed to act. The state is a mafia, and cops are their thugs. The FBI is so bad because they aren't acting like thugs but instead like they are in control of the state.

The FBI is the underboss who thinks he has a shot at toppling the Don.
