Actually some of them already have been since they've encountered Ukrainians protesting them and blocking their convoys with their bodies. I'm sure the first guys sent in with third-rate equipment to be used like disposable pawns aren't exactly happy about that either. But it's not like they can do anything about it.I do wonder if some of the rank and file Russian Troops are beginning to think this.

Apparently they claim 600 or so missile strikes on Ukraine, estimate Russia has committed 95% of its local combat power into the conflict, and most of Ukraine has access to communications and media. Mariupol is suffering outages of basic utilities.
In a separate assessment the United States made a low confidence estimate that around 4500 Russians have been killed in this operation so far.
Ukraine is claiming to have struck a Russian Black Seas Fleet patrol boat, the Vasily Bykov, with Grad Rocket Artillery.
