Except note what the prime ministers office was replying to. If it is fake that they are giving the mig 29s to Ukraine, then it means outright they aren’t giving planes. Which was the whole topic of conversation yesterday.

Doesn't matter what is it replying to. Read what is it saying, that's far more important. Understand what it means and what it doesn't mean.
There were some other fake news around that "OMG Poland will send its planes to Ukraine and host strike missions from its airfields, WW3 coming!".
Read it exactly as you would read legalese.

1. Likely or was so badly wrecked it was disbanded and used to reinforce other units. Or it may have pulled out of line to be refitted and reorganized.

2. Yep, but the 56th still has substantial forces and if need be can be either reinforced with remnants of other units or disbanded and used to bring other units back up to strength.

Also shows just how desperately the UkA is throwing scratch forces together. If the Russians hadn't punched through Pripyat Marshes as they did, they could have held the North East with mobile reserves and bought time for the Reserves to properly mobilize.

Once Pripyat was penetrated and Kyiv placed under threat, the North East was unable to prevent their pocketing as Kyiv had priority for all mobile reserves.



Russia's retaliatory sanctions are starting to wreck the EU now. Guess they shouldn't have outsourced manufacturing and confused financialization and fiat money with real currency and economy. Petrodollar is now officially dead as Russia will demand its goods and debts be paid in rubles or hard currency. It will also stop honoring Western IPs.



New Russian Reinforcements and Supplies coming up. Note the bomb types in the trucks: ODAB-500PM. An indication that Odessa landings may be near or a ramp up in escalation to force surrenders.

Hey, I appreciate your viewpoint and the information you bring, but could you cut back on the jabs to other members? It really undermines your credibility. If you were responding to him, fine, but you're going too far.

Anyway, I think this will come down to how quickly Russia can seize Ukraine. The West looks united now, but after Ukraine is dead and buried, with growing economic problems at home--I don't really trust the West to hold together. Particularly if the US decides to impose export bans, which will most certainly happen during the midterms. And I can't imagine the EU holding to sanctions if the US won't share in the pain. It took a month of constant shaming and arm-twisting to get the Germans to actually side with their NATO allies.
