Novorossiyan forces allegedly overran position held by personnel loyal to the Right Sector on the way to "Volnovakha."
The offensive of the DPR grouping in the Mariupol direction is developing. Fighters of the People's Republic were able to liberate a number of settlements that were part of the defense line of Ukrainian units near Volnovakha. For 8 years that the war lasts, Kiev has formed a complex of engineering and fortifications, which now slows down the advance of the fighters of the Donetsk republic. On this direction in the defense of the 53rd brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is the most combat-ready formation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this direction. In addition, it is staffed by collaborators, natives of Luhansk and Donetsk regions. According to our information, nationalist formations prohibit civilians from evacuating from Mariupol and Volnovakha. They hide behind civilians as a human shield. The artillery of the DPR is now hitting the strongholds and places of concentration of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Ukrainian army is countering. battery warfare. Units of the DPR army build on the success that was achieved on the first day of the offensive.
The fact that there is a "People's" aka Narod in the name does not automatically make them commies, IMO.Itll be interesting to see how Putin deals with these would be communists after the dust settles.
Seems like Ukraine is blasting out propaganda while Russian are near absolutely silent, wonder if that’s a difference in Opsec policies?
Do you speak Russian? I personally don't, so I have to get all my info in English. This effects what I see, because now I'm getting it third hand. The Russians are putting out statements, but honestly it's Russian media that shit is never true.Seems like Ukraine is blasting out propaganda while Russian are near absolutely silent, wonder if that’s a difference in Opsec policies?
Why would they be pushing this stuff into western media circulation? There would be precisely zero benefit to them in doing so.Seems like Ukraine is blasting out propaganda while Russian are near absolutely silent, wonder if that’s a difference in Opsec policies?
I don’t speak Russian, but I am not seeing much appear from the Russian side in term of info either way, on the other hand we had lot of prisoners/wreckage pic on the Ukrainian side, as well as the whole ghost of Kiev stuff.Do you speak Russian? Fake it till you make it, probably.Seems like Ukraine is blasting out propaganda while Russian are near absolutely silent, wonder if that’s a difference in Opsec policies?
They are the second biggest party in one of the branches of thier governmentItll be interesting to see how Putin deals with these would be communists after the dust settles.
EDIT: I got bamboozled this is from a DCS
Same reason why the likes of the Kuomintang and the China Lobby pushed the narrative of China being a Christian nation and the Kuomintang being effective and popular, grifting and begging for support and war porn for the western media. Why would they be pushing this stuff into western media circulation? There would be precisely zero benefit to them in doing so.
On the contrary, all these stories about chlorine gas, Russia being attacked by Ukrainians and so on? That was for Russian consumption, but of course western media had no reason to push something this questionable very hard so you had to look to find this in english language sources.
Patreon shutting down Ukrainian charities.
I was NOT expecting an irony leftist doing the irony leftist thing of posting viral-bait tweets about muh dystopia that attract all the pseudo-intellectuals to be what would shut down a patreon fundraiser for a cause supported by the ruling class.
Except that Bismarck didn't want all the Germans to reunify.Feels like Ukraine is desperate to tout anything they can (at this rate, they won't be touting anything for much longer) whereas the Russians let their gains speak for itself.
Also, if Putin's goal is to reenact Bismarck's unification of the German states, then he doesn't want to antagonize the people he is trying to acquire. Touting "look at how many citizens we killed trying to bring them back into the fold!" doesn't really help.
