Rumors are they could be one of a few things:
1) Russian glowies who are being used as controlled, internal opposition in the strife between factions vying for the throne once Putin kicks it.

2) Western 'proxies' in Russia made of disgruntled former/ex/current FSB agents who Putin suspected of feeding the west intel early in the invasion, and who represent our 5th column in Russia.

3) White Russian remnants/the children of the White Russian remnants who have decided that now is the oppurtune time to begin to strike back at the commies who took over their country.

Either they had a forward observer or drone (or both) to allow them to coordinate the exact time to hit the bridge as the convoy was going through, or just got lucky. Either way, that bridge won’t be opening again anytime soon.
