1. Most people are neutral. neither evil nor good.
2. there is no "evil gene" or "good gene".
Evil and Good being real does not mean they are simple. they arise from very complex interactions between nature and nurture.
For example, a genetic predisposition towards altruism can make you good, but it can also make you evil. depending on how that altruism manifests. Too much, too little, or applies incorrectly can results in different states.
Altruism is not a simple single gene either, but is still vastly simpler than good/evil.
3. I said that communists slaughters are not indiscriminate. They specifically target various groups for slaughter. Those groups include: good people, altruists, and kind people. Those are 3 different categories
And I said that this act of targeted genocide causes very long term to possibly permanent damage to the gene pool and/or society.
Not that "everyone that remains is now evil".

Selective breeding does not mean "shoot with a gun persons who fit category X"

Notice how my first post I did not say wanting public executions were wrong. I simply said that the west would call that barbaric. I did not say it actually was barbaric. If you think public executions should be brought back ok. I called Agent a vatnick because he brought in a bunch of insults to me that don't apply. I literally said I was neutral in this whole public execution thing, merely that western nations don't do that anymore the only nation I know of that has judicial public executions is Saudi Araba.(As opposed to non judicial executions aka accidents or North Korea killing off those disloyal to the Kim's.)
