The story of Poland being founded by Great Moravian refugees is a lie spread by the disgusting people from Cracow, by those cheats from Little Poland!
Poland was created by the Lechites from Great Poland (see name of main local football club - LECH! It is a SIGN!) under firm control of Tr00 Swedes who, with their innate mad! rulership skills, curbed their boisterous energy, chanelling it into empire building. Mieszko = Bjoern, i.e. Bruin, the name morphing into a legend of a king riding a BattleBear. Supressed for centuries, this knowledge resurfaced in the late 20th century and was stolen by Muscovite cousins (typical!).

1.Good joke.Problem is - Kraków was part of Great Moravia,but taken over by Czech later.Poland get it about 980AD.
Polish state was created in LittlePoland and Poznańskie,hence only stone palace before 966AD was made in Poznań.And had chapel.
We also do not have ANY viking settling before 966AD,and no tradition taking about vikings.
WHEN ALL COUNTRIES STARTED BY VIKINGS BOASTED ABOUT THAT.

What germans would did to descendents of GreatMoravian Kings who kicked their ancestor german asses?
They would kill them,easy like that.
Becouse GreatMoravia controlled not only current Hungary,Czech,part of Austria,South Poland - BUT ALSO EAST GERMANY.
Germans could not let people who was Kings there live.

That is why GreatMoravia theory is best - it explain why state was created almost in one day from nothing,and why local people do not remembered them as vikings.

Nah, Zelensky is going to serve his term(s), and once the constitutional limit is up (not sure what it is for Ukraine) he'll leave office.
 
The third and most likely option is that he will leave office but still play a major role in politics. People forget that Ukraine is not USA, with presidential two party system. Ukraine is more like nearby slavic countries, with the president not having as much power, and a pretty dynamic churn of political parties. Zelensky can be the leader as much as he is because the ruling party is also his party, which his trusted partners have founded and still run. So i would not be surprised if he ends up playing a similar role as Jarosław Kaczyński does in Poland, even though he was never the president, as long as his party remains intact and successful in elections.

Raskolniki i.e. splitters/sunderers i.e. schismatics, the term used for the 17th century schism in the Russian Orthodox Church, outrage at celebrating Christmass at Georgian Calendar date (Finnish Orthodox Church has been doing this for almost a century ...).
Sheepul and Banderites also make an appearance :)

And just like all Russian organizations. Extremely murderous with their schism. There are small hidden communities that are still being occasionally discovered today of Old Orthodox who fled the Tsar's pet Patriarch who was burning those who refused to convert as heretics and witches.

At that very same time the English and proto-American Puritans were burning witches. So, nothing unusual for that period.

The Puritans were. The Anglican Church had banned Witch hunts as superstitious nonsense and the Crown declared it illegal and treated it as an act of murder. The Catholic Church did so as well but the Spanish and the more fundamentalist Protestants in Europe and the US were more murderous.

Catholics states with Inquisition/papal state,Spain/ almost never did so.At some point Spain declared,that everybody who start witch hunt is heretic.In other world,people who wanted burn witches burned there.

German protestant states,and catholics to lesser degree,did it.And Poland - but only becouse we forbid Catholic church from intervene,so our townspeople could burn witches to their heart content.
And yes,those townspeople usually were protestants.
Peasants - almost never,their gentry owners need live serfs,not burned crips.

P.S polish jews to not burned heretics - they boiled them alive :)

Catholic Church considered witches and witch hunts to be superstitious bullshit, as @ATP explained. Didn't stop people from doing it anyway, but the Church never approved. Still, some 90% of witches were killed in the Protestant countries, so disapproval did have effect.

Let me rephrase then. Hardliners like the Spanish Inquisition did continue the practice because it was incredibly profitable. The Peasantry did so because they were uneducated, superstitious twits.

Well, those vaunted Russian AD batteries aren't as good as they were touted with the repeated bombings of their airbases.
What a shit rifle. I'd rather use the AK-47 or the M-16. Kalashnikov must be rolling in his grave at what they dared to call an AK. It's almost Chinese in its design and quality control.
