They are making official what everyone with two braincells to rub together already knew.
China and Russia have their own beef, but above all, they have a problem with USA standing in the way of their respective imperial ambitions, reaching superpower level influence over the world. Hence any attempts of USA or NATO to curry favor with Russia to make it an ally against China is doomed to failure through being played by Russia - who will gladly take the favors and side with China anyway, because both consider USA more of a threat right now than they do each other.
But what of the rivalry in the anti western power block? Ironically, its the sanctions against Russia that are causing real tension there. China gave a green light to the "special operation", but that was on the basis of the scenario that Putin gave them, which they either didn't verify with own analysis, or theirs failed the same way Russian did. In reality Russia overpromised and underdelivered due to own incompetence, putting itself in a shitty situation with no exit in sight, and China is so far trying to avoid economic costs of western sanctions rather than support their "ally", which they are doing, but only to a point where it doesn't cost them
.As you can see, it is not a policy Russia is particularly fond of.
Or in analogy to WW2 Axis, Russia has just made itself the Italy.
They do not pay,their german allies do that.And would do not matter what happen.
So,if USA continue to pay Ukraine,they would win,if they stop doing so,Moscov win.
That best possible news,becouse China want Siberia as much as Taiwan,and USA want sell Europe to Moscov for alliance against China.Not going to happen thanks to putin stupidity.

I was aware of that, but I'm fairly certain that never went anywhere; at least, not to the extent that a deal had ever been offered to Putin.
According to Ziemkiewicz sources it was offered and accepted.And when now Biden is taking about peace,he is offering this deal again.
I hope,that senpai Putin would refuse again,or we would have Bucha on entire Uraine.And In Poland later,too.

Now,the same Biden deny Uraine more Himars and talk about their surrender to kgbstan.Another proposition of alliance.
I hope,that comrade colonel would refuse this proposition again,becouse democrats from USA tend to gave another people freedom to Moscov for...nothing.
