The journos are very careful to use weasel words and deceptive phrasing.
They don't explicitly say the word all
They just so happen to phrase the sentence so it sounds like they are saying all without saying it.
They also explicitly note that the entire article is only "allegedly"
And even buried deep down in the article specify that the entire article is a mere extrapolation/opinion based on 1 single woman's testimony of her abuse.

Like what is being said is not wild claims it's completely believable even for normal nations that have decent reputations like the US. Men will use power to get sex from women they are attracted to, yeah pretty obvious. It'd also probably be more common in Russia since Russia is well known for it's troops engaging in rape, they are not disciplined like the Germans are for example.
Though at least they are limiting themselves to women and the Russians are getting at least some decency back, because some people were sharing stories about gay rape of Russian soldiers and Ukrainian POW's. And that would be a new low for Russia.
I have low expectations for Russia if they can just keep it limited to women, and slowly work to reduce the rape of women I would call that progress.
I do not care what you think it sounds like to you nor your further argument that the way it sounds to you is ridiculous and it's unlikely that your wild interpretation of what they meant is true so the article has to be propaganda.

she refused despite the pressure and then went to the press.
The propaganda piece is clearly working as intended from the immediate replies

Yes the article is biased, because I would not call this sex slavery and this is just using catch phrases. It also is not actually a war crime. As for it being rape that is a bit more complicated you could argue either way in that specefic case I'd lean towards yes, however I don't like classifying anything except violent sex against someone's will or taking advantage of someone when they are unconscious and literally can't resist as rape. It should still be illegal though. However you are naieve if you think that it's just this one general and the Russian army is squeeky clean otherwise. Again where there is smoke there is fire, the Russian army is NOTORIOUS for many people accusing them of actual forcible rape as opposed to merely coercive sex, this is actually less serious than normal rape(it's still terrible I'm not minimizing it) why would there be a greater amount of violent rape as opposed to abuse of authority? The Russian army is probably filled with a large part of violent rape, and an EVEN larger ammount of coercive sex(this threatening someone with adverse action in exchange for sex), and an even larger ammount of corrupt sex( basically offering special favors in return for sex/prostitution)

I don't think they are encouraging it they aren't as bad as the Soviets. After all even Wagner in that video said that after running away lotting, then rape is another capital offense. I just don't think they are strict about it like western nations. So I can definitely see the Russian forces permitting it because they don't care. The only way a soldier would get punished is if he dragged someone over and raped them on the commander's desk in full view of the commander, I truly think that most Russian officers will just avert their eyes unless it's out in the open they won't go conduct investigations or put other units to observe or take a proactive stance to stop it.
