Musk actually buys Twitter.

Relevant to why he bought twitter, and also how well it is doing.

Also, apparently twitter is cashflow positive minus debt payments (about $1.5B/year). I expect that to get even better once the severance payments are completely dealt with, but IDK when that is.

That interviewer is so shocked... he has no idea how to handle a man who stands up for himself and tells him no.

> But but but... they are gonna say it is your fault
> Well lets see how earth responds. let people see and decide for themselves.

They can't do the "usual tactics" on Musk because he has just as much, or more, money than them, he's too big to "cancel", and he can do whatever the fuck he wants. He really just doesn't give a flying fuck, and they hate it because there's nothing they can do.

Hell, he could just shut down Twitter tomorrow and not even bat an eye.

He could probably do that out of his own pocket or from profits from some other venture of his someway, to be honest. The guy has so much money and wealth-generation at his disposal that it's insane.

And he's hated for it. :ROFLMAO:
Nah. It's not the money for me; Musk just ticks off a list of attributes I hate. Flip flopping on decisions and trying to dodge the blame, philandering married women, kowtowing to China, using literal slave labour in his Chinese factories for me. Treating his Western employees like trash, and his Asian workers like dirt. If I met him in person I'd slug him on principle alone.

That's fair.

Musk is thinking longer term than 'line-goes-up' Wall Street types and seems to want to use Twitter/X as the base of a whole-function app that he can send to Mars with his colony plans.

It's part of why the subscription service features have become more relevant, because it is how he is going to build the all-around aspect of his new platform/service on the back of what was Twitter.

However that sort of thinking doesn't really get much play with many short term investors or much of academia or the news media.

He also is a nerd who was never forced to give up on what he loves like so many others who tried to be even a 1/4 of what Musk is, and unlike many people of the elite circles, is very much not pro-depopulation. He also has less nationalistic impulses than most, because he is looking at Mars, not down here, and has a lot of kids because so many other people AREN'T having kids at all.

He doesn't always bat 100%, however I don't see anyone else even close to Musk's level of influence or power who is nearly as beneficial to humanity as whole, nor anyone who is so willing to tell any power in the world to fuck off if they go after him using blackmail and bullshit that works/scares lesser people.

Musk gene's will be some of the ones who survive the whole depopulation agenda's catastrophic consequences and may inherit Mars, and maybe even Earth as well.

The small minded hate for the man over personality quirks, the big-minded hate for the threat he represents to those who desire depopulation in the name of climate, and the socialist hate for the ultimate beneficial capitalist...it's all so tiresome.

He's keeps giving humanity as a whole W's time and time again.

I am kind of the opinion that if in the right conditions, Musk wouldn't have acted much different than the previous clique there, but somehow he got pissed and of course his first instinct was going countercurrent as a response... I think @mrttao said something along those lines.
Yea. They tried to cancel him for not being liberal enough.
So he bought the biggest social media company in the world and fired the censors.
Now he has his own platform where nobody can cancel him.

So somehow YT thinks I might like this kind of videos.

TLDR : They criticize Elon for the latest comment he made and that he is tanking Twitter. Everyone in the comments agrees echo-chamber-style.

Lately YT seems to be on a streak to convince me to watch far-left American content, so much so I got recommended Hasan Piker and Vaush channels.

Ever since I was able to understand English media and watched political contents I never took these clowns seriously.

You can influence the algorithms more by subscribing to a bunch of right wing channels

Look up and sub to nerdrotic, daily wire, matt Walsh, ben shapiro, and the rest of those guys, crowder, etc

Even if you're not a big fan of them, subscribe. The algorithms will start feeding you more center/right content.

Yeah but already did to a bunch of them with the except of Shapiro. So it kinda doesn't make sense.
Also you can choose "not interested " and "don't suggest channel" on the left wing ones.

It takes time but you'll get the algorithms trained up.

Big tech loves censoring the right, but they also want to keep you on the platform, once you get that algorithm trained, it'll feed you a lot of right wing based stuff.

I hardly ever see lefty stuff these days unless I am specifically browsing the "top news" section.

One I recommend b/c it's fun and a bit of history is The Fat Electrician. Totally off topic, but definitely not Left.
I've found that my stream leans mostly Right until I start looking at art. Then I get fed a lot of Lefty things. Wierd, I know. /s

Turn off your youtube search/watch history block EVERY bit of data you can.
That helps a lot in regards to preventing 'the algorithm' from taking hold.
