There was a narrow window of time during which the USA had nukes and no other country did.
Bigger then you think.Soviets get A bomb from traitors in 1949,but not plan for bomb which hold it - they do not have agents in Air Forces.
So,they must built it themsleves, and they did - in 1951.
Till 1951 all soviet had was nuclear device that they could blown on land or ship, but not drop from plane.
Which mean,That USA would burn soviet cities till they surrender, and all soviets could do would be burn themselves.

America back then was in many ways too nice and too naive, and we are still paying the price of that naivity.
Worst.Americans like Patton saw what should be done, but USA arleady was ruled by Wall Street - and they were soviet friends from beginning.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that anyone buys the left media's nonsense, at all, on this one.

I've seen some crazy, senseless stuff, but this is all on a new level. The left is freaking out, screeching and calling for the abolition of the Supreme Court, to save democracy...because they got told they can't remove their opponent from the ballot.

Literally, "we can't stop you from voting for the person you want, so democracy is dead."

And people are actually rolling with this instead of stopping foema second and thinking about it.

This is even crazier than 1984 double think shit.

I mean really, when you stop and think that roughly half the country is going with the narrative that not being able to take your opponents off of ballots means democracy is over, you realize that the brainwashing is so deep there is no coming back.

People don't jump on this enough. Why isn't this pointed out almost constantly?

To protect their democracy their candidate must win. simple as. these are the same people who believe there is no truth but power and that there is no such thing as bad tactics only bad targets. they aren't complicated once you understand that their words are meaningless and their actions are what you need to judge them by.

In Poland we have the same now.German agent Tusk is breaking one law after another to take over another institution - and the same media who cry when our fake right sometimes do not fully followed law,now are happy about it.
And happy becouse polish Constitution is broken, when they accused their opponents of the same when they ruled.

The SU-57 is probably better than Gen 4.5 jets.

Probably not as good as the F-22 and F-35.

Given how few of them there are, they're basically just prestige pieces.

It's a question whether Su-57 actually *is* in the first place. There are some glorified prototypes of some degree of functionality... Yet it's telling that the multirole stealth planes that supposedly are so great and nearing 3 dozens built are not in the war when the nice new gen 4.5 tactical bombers are getting sniped by long range radar guided SAMs.

If they would throw them into that same environment and the same happened to it, it would have to be classed as gen 4.5 due to being not so stealthy after all.
And such are the rumors, its stealth features were so half-assed in some small yet important enough details that it's merely low observable.

Yeah, Urban cameo I've seen a few videos about people using trash to make urban cameo for airsoft/apintball matches. It is quite effective.

For any student of history its like watching a horror movie every one knows how it all ends you scream at the screen not to do the obviously stupid thing and they keep doing it.

The managerial class is making all of the mistakes the ancient regieme they violently murdered made but to an even greater extent and I don't think we can stop the process at all. So much needless suffering because of midwit egos.

I have to take exception to the Hunley being on there, nobody involved considered it a superweapon nor anything more than a prototype and experimental proof of concept. Further unlike the others the Hunley actually has a place in the history of the development of military technology considering it was the first submarine to successfully destroy an enemy ship (which that meme underplays by focusing on people killed), something that did not reoccur, AFAIK, until the 1910s in WW1.
