Tbf, while the Derg was definitely worse than anything that came before, Ethiopia wasn't doing too hot under Haile Selassie. His absolutism already provoked a coup attempt by his own elite Imperial Guard in 1960 and they had some pretty severe famines which set up the conditions for the '74 Communist revolution in the first place. That aside, Selassie wasn't without his virtues, including spawning a few memes on his own.

Except it really isn't?
Infantry have very few females if any on a scale large enough to matter.
Tankers have females but to few to matter.
Most of the trans are not in combat arms, so it literally would have no effect on how the fighting is actually done.
Traitors? What do you mean by traitors?

The US population is nowhere near as urbanized, and the US metropolises are much more distributed than the 3-4 that contain like 80% of Australia's population.

When it comes to cultural, political, and military conflict, these things matter, they matter quite a bit.
