I think they are fine with winning less than soon.

And here you go, shifting the agency to le bad America. If Ukrainians didn't want to fight anymore, Biden couldn't make them.

No, the "early" peace talks were terminated because the terms Russia offered were so shit.
The US is absolutely dragging this on intentionally. "No we aren't sending this or thay over there" fast forward a few months, "okay we'll send this," fast forward a few more months "alright we are sending that."

Just to keep dragging it on. Thousands of Ukrainians will die so that Americans can hurt Russia without actually having to sacrifice anything more than money and equipment.

And the one thing this retarded country is bipartisan on, is the corrupt Biden administration's horrendously shitty foreign policy. Its maddening.

As for Russia's terms being shit, that's just what talks are for. Work on different terms. Because my money is on if nukes don't fly, whatever deal Ukraine gets in the end will be worse, because their country is going to be a heaping pile of rubble and dead Ukrainians.

Yes, democrats are idiots, catering to the abovementioned leftie activists as much as they can.
Should have thrown them under the bus decades ago.

That's just defeatism. The whole point of the war is that they would rather be an independent pile of rubble than Russia controlled half pile of rubble.

You seem to have missed Erdogan supporting Ukraine entering NATO, and that Turkish ships are going to protect grain haulers from the Russian Black Sea fleet now that the old grain deal has lapsed.

Turkey and much of Europe do not share you pessimism for Ukraine's chances, otherwise Erdogan wouldn't have been be proverbially bitch-slapping Putin and Russia left-and-right diplomatically.

And Romania and the UK are trying to speed up the training of Ukrainian F-16 pilots, even if Biden is slow rolling it state-side.

That was the supreme court. voting down party lines
That's part of the joke, the meme is taking Biden's incredibly hollow & performative Catholic pandering IRL and sarcastically making him out to be a 48D chess master convincingly pretending to be a progressive and a senile retard (but I repeat myself) to the public while actually being God's strongest Templar knight who is successfully getting stuff actual believing Catholics approve of done, and avoiding all the heat from the left for it.

I think about a year ago I told you guys Ukraine wasn't winning any time soon, and this would still be going on in a year.

I'm going to make that same prediction again. One year from now, this will still be going on, and you guys will still be telling me about how Ukraine is kicking so much ass, and is totally winning, and isn't flooding the region with refugees while thousands of people die.

All the while the US talked them out of peace talks, so we could benefit off their deaths to take a stab at Russia.

Ultimately, if nukes don't fly, this is going to end in peace talks anyways, where Ukraine will get worse terms than if they had just had the peace talks in the first place, but also with their country demolished and tens or hundreds of thousands of dead humans.

The fact that their still alive as a country is a fucking miracle.

Most people expected them to be dead as a independent country with in 6 weeks, and the fact that their doing this well against what was considered the 2nd best military in the world and a country that out numbered them 3 to 1 is honestly impressive. Of course your right this is going to be a long ass war, because the Russians are stuborn and fight until they cant fight anymore.

But the fact that Ukraine is still around dispite it all is impressive.

They're around because we have been propping them up though. It's not like they've overcome all odds and overcame this invasion in a heroic fashion. It's our tax dollars at work.

We could have them at a negotiating table in a matter of days. It's going to end at one anyways, if we don't all kill ourselves with nukes first. I support peace talks.

If they do not fought, they would have Bucha evrywhere.
And,once USA send real modern weapons, not their old stuff, they would win.
But USA do not want it,they want deal with Moscov.Remember Biden promising 19.2.2022 that there would be no sanctions for small agression?
They still wait for their deal. And they would get it,when finally some Putin friends kill him.
I hope, that it not happen now.Poland still do not have real army.

What on earth makes you think Russia is willing to make any kind of good-faith negotiation?

The Ukrainians have a very justified expectation that Russia would like to get a peace deal where Ukraine is forced to give up huge swathes of conquered territory, then Russia will just rebuild their military and go for the next chunk in another five or ten years.

Forcing them to accept Russian dominion helps no one except the Russian elites.

So you write terms and conditions into the peace plan to prevent that, and also build up your own deterrent in the years of peace.

They're going to end up at a negotiating table signing away stuff eventually anyways. How many Ukrainians and Russians needs to die until that happens? How long does the world need to sit on the brink of nuclear extermination for this to happen?

You know that Russia would go "we keep what we have taken," or "We get the entire oblasts we have some forces in".
That is what they would ask for, as well as for Ukraine to consider Crimea Russia.

This would literally be counter intuitive for Ukraine and allow any Ukrainians in those areas to be forced out and Russians to be bussed in.
Then in another 8 uears a new war will happen and more of Ukraine taken.

Congrats. You benefitted Russia.

And I can assure you, if US pulled it's funding UK and our allies would make It up, which means we would have to pull more weight if it spreads causing more US soldiers deaths.

And the fact we probably sully any good standing with our allies.

That, I would be suprised if it happened.

Russia's got problems. Shortage of men, broken trade deals, a lot of their army gear's used up.

I don't think they'll be recovered enough for another war for at least 20 years or more.

You say that, but this is Russia.
A deal would boister Russia if they keep land, and that would be enough to turn the tide of the population to support a full on mobilization.
In which case, should they need to in 8 years, have enough men to do the job.
Especially if the deal of them getting all the Ukrainian oblasts that they have control over.

Add in green men firing artillery from towns and you get Russians basically doing what ever without Ukrainians able to fight back
