The enlisted had the uniforms of the same colour though and all regular armies of that era had well visible uniforms.
Yeah, they fought way differently back then.
Camouflage wasn't really a thing. They lined up and shot at each other.

Weird to think that's how war used to work.

I wonder how many colonial soldiers one group of say 5 SEALS with modern tech and tactics could take out.

Sharia clothing, apparently Croat style:

Ah yes, I remember now, the Hadiths say that a woman must cover her ankles and her hair, but cleavage is (y). The prophet (peace be upon him) also did say that the point of having women covered wasn't to reduce envy and lust, but rather so that you can bounce a coin off their skin tight abaya.

Though, to be honest, given the connivery I've seen some women get up to in some Muslim countries to get around sharia restrictions and look nice...

The enlisted were issued uniforms which were dyed red with madder instead of cochineal scarlet. That fades to a dingy maroon. When the Brits were looking for something that wasn't "please shoot me" bright red they discovered that the faded red enlisted uniforms were actually pretty good in terms of camouflage. Experience in India said that everything's going to be khaki after a short time in the field so they just went with that and called it a day.

More like solar and air powered, if we wanna be green.

Then again, all energy is nuclear energy, fusion to be precise, unless we can tap vacuum energy or find copious amounts of usable antimatter
Yes, that was clearly his point.
Solar == Nuclear Fusion

I'm so glad that television studios can afford to make the Fantasy TV shows that in previous decades would've either had to look cheap, campy or otherwise cut costs due to expense.

We've progressed so far since Hercules and his Legendary Journeys.

Truly, the monolithic conglomeration of modern media is a monster with a thousand mouths. It devours everything it can, chews it up, and then vomits out uniformly disgusting garbage in all directions.
