How about that video actually breaking a law in Wisconsin. The lawyer has not passed bar in Wisconsin, and by showing that video, he will almost certainly not be allowed to defend him.
I actually went and looked up that law.
Relevant passage: "(d) Notwithstanding par. (a), a lawyer may make a statement that a reasonable lawyer would believe is required to protect a client from the substantial likelihood of undue prejudicial effect of recent publicity not initiated by the lawyer or the lawyer's client. A statement made pursuant to this paragraph shall be limited to such information as is necessary to mitigate the recent adverse publicity. "
So, yeah. He's not violating the law. He's not making hysterical statements, in fact, going back and watching it again, he's actually exceptionally calm and measured in his delivery.
I honestly do not know why you're so bent out of shape about this, but what you're saying and claiming doesn't seem to have much connection to the reality of the situation.
Edit: For those interested, here's a link to the Wisconsin law: Wisconsin Legislature: SCR Chapter 20
