"Anti Social" really describes a good portion of these guys best. They're narcissistic and/or sadistic, they enjoy hurting and destroying others and like how they're praised for being "compassionate" too and while they spend time with lots of people, they don't have true friendships or true care and may throw them under the bus given the opportunity

No, it's nowhere near illegal. It's a private (in the sense that the government doesn't own it) company, they can do what they want in regards to banning.
Well, they can do what they want with politically unpopular people. "Its a private company they can do what they want" is explicitly not a pronciple.
But, he is probably politically unpopular enough that private property matters in this case.
