man fuck that liar in particular. him and his secret documents he totally saw that totally proved Trump was an evil bad Russian agent.
Oh how I wish it had been… because it seems like the only way we’ll fix our nation is when the political/managerial class suffers ‘population reduction’.
Scum of the earth those people on the Jan 6th committee.
Is it more or less sad than you just completely ignoring footage that doesn't suit your narrative? Because regardless of what you think this specific footage means there's tons of videos and photos of people forcing their way past barricades, crushing up against lines of police, hell there's footage from Ashli Babbitt and others forcing their way through a window against (obviously) armed resistance. The reaction to this is kind of sad and pathetic.
Tucker plays footage they refused to release that shows it was pretty much all lies.
Chuck makes a statement that fox should stop him. Murdock should stop him. He should not be allowed to release the footage.
McConnell goes out and says releasing the footage was a mistake. It casts doubt on the narrative and that's bad. I stand by the narrative. More proof that the republican establishment was in on it
Various news people are furious. How dare Tucker release the footage. Doesn't he know it was a violent attempt to overthrow the country? How dare he show stuff that actually happened.
And then various people on other sites talking about how sad it is that Tucker is trying this. It was obviously a violent insurrection. We all know it. We all agree about it. Some actual footage doesn't mean anything. It's probably faked or something. What are we going to believe, our lying eyes or the obviously correct narrative. It WAS a VIOLENT INSURRECTION! Any evidence to it being something else is A LIE!
It is just depressing as hell.
I don't think anything can sway these people. They have drunk long and deep from the kool-aid. The narrative is their reality. Actual reality is the lie.

But no, this particular footage somehow negates all the rest. Don't trust the narrative, or your lying eyes. Just believe in what the mad prophet tucker tells you. Even though he's made it quite clear he'll say whatever he thinks his idiotic base wants to hear: Tucker Carlson said he hates Trump ‘passionately’: legal filings
You Literally Can't Believe The Facts Tucker Carlson Tells You. So Say Fox's Lawyers
Fox News viewers don't expect facts from Tucker Carlson, according to network lawyers who defended their star in a slander lawsuit filed by a woman who said she had an affair with President Trump.www.npr.org
Where did you get that idea? But no, this particular footage somehow negates all the rest.
So, pure what-aboutism, of a group I'm in no way part of and that has nothing to do with this issue? That would be a shitty argument for a child. Do better.tell you what I will give a single shit about what you say the moment all of the left wing terrorists who acted like madmen during 2020 are brought to justice.
Every single member of antifa, every single person who rioted in DC and made it so bad the president was forced into a bunker. How about that how about the left takes the beam out of their own eyes first before they start commenting about a bunch of idiot boomers?
Where did you get that idea?
They definitely released footage that they spun to make it look as bad as possible. (Although it's now been proven they edited the footage they released to add sound effects like screaming and such.)
The new footage they refused to release shows people being escorted by security, doors being unlocked, them being lead to the senate chamber by the police and so on.
I think everyone has been rather consistent that if people were violent or rioting then charging them for it is fine.
But it's a rather odd insurrection when security is waving people in, showing them around the place, not doing anything at all to stop them.
It kinda shows it wasn't really a violent insurrection, right? Just a handful of people causing trouble. But that doesn't fit the narrative that the whole thing was a coup attempt or whatever.
I wonder why they refused to release the footage and are trying to stop it from being released? If it's true, what's the problem?
Oh, it's shows the insurrection narrative was a complete fabrication and they have been blatantly lying for years. That's why.
Doesn't much change my stance either. I don't believe there was any/much serious, organised attempt at any kind of coup, insurrection or whatever. I do believe certain more extreme groups did have more specific plans, but that the general chaos didn't really suit them, and that they were too half hearted and uncertain to really push any kind of play. I believe there was a huge number of people, all very emotional. Upset and angry, and with a very wrong idea of the situation. I think they were intentionally wound up by trump. (Without any specific plan. The idiot just does whatever comes to his mind first and wings it from there.) I also think more malicious actors were stoking things more intentionally, on various social media. I think tensions got high enough for the worst/stupidest actors in the crowd to decide to "do something" and they lashed out. I think as often happens in such things, mob mentality dragged far more people than whatever initial small fraction were engaged into illegal and unacceptable behaviour.So... are you saying the new footage is or isn't real?
What's actually is your take on the Jan 6th thing?
Does the new footage change anything for you?
I personally still think it was fed plants encouraging bad behavior to entrap people with the assistance of the capital police, establishment Republicans, and lowered security in general with the objective of creating the violent insurrection narrative to try and discredit Trump and the populist America first movement.
What's your take on it?
Well, dude pleaded guilty and agreed to the sentence himself, so who am I to disagree with it? Also, "escorted by security the entire time he was in the building"?How about the shaman guy in particular?
Apparently he was escorted by security the entire time he was in the building. They basically gave him a tour and let him into the senate chamber. He publicly thanked them for their support and for them letting him in.
Does he deserve the 41 months of prison time they sentenced him with?
Edit: And apparently they refused to let him use this footage at his trial?
Have you actually looked at the new footage?Maybe in the sense that he was followed without physical confrontation as they didn't have the numbers to do that everywhere they wanted, but he was not on some kind of perfectly legit guided tour, nor did he believe the situation was anything of the sort.
