I just wanted to tell a joke.
For one you have a leader of a.... openly Hezbollah allied movement saying that it will fight to protect Hezbollah. Extrapolating that to think movements that aren't fans of Hezbollah, and may in fact kinda hate it, will do the same, is a huge jump of logic though.

The Amal Movement isn't just "openly Hezbollah allied", they are literally Hezbollah's parent organization; while there is quite a bit of dispute over when Hezbollah was "officially" founded because it started out as a loose amalgamation of earlier groups, there's no question that one of the decisive elements in the mix was a significant influx of the more strongly religious members of Amal who left after Berri took control.
It's a pretty messy parentage/alliance, though, because the two groups ended up directly fighting against each other during the Lebanese Civil War. Also, a very important piece of context is that that during that war, the Amal Movement specifically tried to wipe out the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. In other words, Amal actually has tried to commit actual genocide against the Palestinians; they're only asserting "support" for them in the present situation because they hate Israel more.
Whilst it remains an unfortunate minority, let us not tar those many thousands of medical emergencies with the “evil” brush.
As for the rest, they effectively sacrifice to the only God in their life: themselves.
I'm not talking about medical emergencies. I'm talking about Planned Parenthood's Murder Clinics.
Those medical emergencies will occur within hospitals.

Japan actually has less child abuse and rape than many western nations like the UK or Nordics.
Also sex with kids was illegal in Japan far longer than just last year. Every prefecture has the AOC at 18 or 16 or later teen ages. The national AOC doesn’t matter if the local laws are higher.
Japan is no paradise and has plenty of problems but it’s doing better culturally than many western countries.
It also has a sky rocketing suicide, low birth rate, and yeah.

Yes I said it has problems. But it doesen't have muslim rape gangs like the British, and is not the rape capital of the world like the Nordics.
The suicide and overwork problem is serious and so is the low birthrate.
But all things being equal I'd rather raise kids in Japan than the UK.

But even if it's true the UK and the Nordic rape capital of the world are still MUCH more dangerous places for children and have larger issues of child abuse than Japan which is one of the safest nations in the world.
