Keep in mind that surveys can easily manipulated depending on the sample size, where the samples were located (as in all from one area or from random locations that may or may not tend towards one side of the political spectrum).

A lot of them know their tribe cheated to win; they just don't care, because they have no principles beyond wanting to win. I'd be willing to bet the actual percentage is ever higher, but those are the smart ones who know admitting fault isn't the best idea.

It was one of those face saving measures the GOP insisted on and the Dems agreed to get all the mail in voting jammed through.
It’s basically never been enforced at all, nor am I sure that there are any enforcement mechanisms with teeth. It’s honestly like signature matching. Part of the illusion that there are anti-cheating defences, but totally pointless because no one had the balls to enforce them in the breach.
