Eh, they'll steal the incomplete plans for something, China will try to build it and roll it out without actually understanding the technology which may cause everything from failures to explosions, and it'll be either ineffective and crap or ineffective and dangerous like the F-35 and F-22 techs they stole for their J-20 flop.

One of the tech they stole had an intentional mistake in a critical section of the schematics. Only specific individuals in the company knew of it and would make the change just before that part is machined. If the sabotaged schematics are followed the flaw would create an explosive deconstruction after 100 hours runtime. The Chinese of course got their hands on the sabotaged schematics
