He insulted him. And then that debate challenge was brilliant from Putin.
Look. The whole world knows Biden isn't all there mentally. Putin knew there was no way Biden team would allow this to happen.
It was either debate, and look really bad, or run from the debate and look really bad.
There was no winning this one for team Biden. He stepped in it with that insult, and Putin won the exchange with ease.
Was a good political move for Putin.

Biden is the worst president of my lifetime. I'm only 34 so it doesn't go super far back, but still, I can't think of anyone worse than Biden.
Obama at least has some charismatic tendencies and some wit about him while he passed extremist agenda. Biden doesn't even have that.

Well, the establishment is revealing its weakness at home and abroad. That's not a good recipe. This just smacks of an elite who don't/refuse to understand the changing world and have dug their heels in instead of moving with the times. They did everything to delay American nationalism, to preserve globalism just that bit longer, and all they have to show for it is the appearance of weakness and corruption. Even worse, they seem to be trying to mix that with tyranny.
Unlike the Optimates of the Roman Republic, they don't even have tradition to fall back on. They're fucked in the long term.

It's adorable how you think that military might is the only way to measure international power and influence. By the time China is ready to openly throw down with the United States they'll use multiple other means make sure there won't be that much left to throw down with. It's already all but a WIP.

In my view, if RINOs were willing to be a controlled opposition, things would have been looking very different for the last five years, even ten years. If it wasn't for their struggle between control of their own party and control of Congress, they wouldn't have lost control of their own party. I'm curious what you think of that idea.
If they are in control of the outcome of the voting process, ejecting half the Republican caucus would be an unnecessary move; if they don't, it would be a self-destructive move.

"Completely outclassed" is if they outmaneuvered Blinken and Co and got them to concede on issues like Taiwan's status or something along those lines.
