Which defense? Trump's team is the defense, or do you mean the state senator's defense of Fani Willis' actions? Because if the second, then definitely. The defense is laughable.

6 charges were dismissed. This is separate from the DA dismissal. But the tossing of the charges here likely means that the charges in the Trump case aren't going to be tossed outright because of the conflict of interest, though it doesn't impact whether she'll just get kicked off the case.
I wouldn't. This is a complete victory for the motion being issued, which was "This set of charges have a particular problem, and should be dismissed." They were. All it tells us is that there's no dismissal of all charges coming soon (like this week or next). That wasn't how Trump was going to win anyway though. Trump was going to win by getting the prosecutors dismissed from the case, then having it be stalled in perpetuity or handed to a Republican prosecutor who dismisses them.I interpreted it as a deliberate knee cap to the movement to get all his shit dismissed honestly.
Wade was disqualified, but Fani Willis was not, in a major victory for Fani Willis. I expect this to be appealed to the State Supreme Court.
Fulton County DA Fani Willis case against Trump can continue
Special prosecutor Nathan Wade, who had a relationship with Willis, resigned from the case hours after the decision.www.nbcnews.com
I don't know that SCoG will rule against Trump here. The judge found an appearance of impropriety, so hopefully the appeals court can use that to appeal successfully.Lol Kemp and Raffensperger won and they'll make sure the State Supreme Court cucks as well.
If Trump wins he better negotiate with no one and purge everyone if not we're gonna be left with only three very ugly options as a nation.

Given his nephew isn't even dead, I don't believe that's true. Honestly, googling, I can't even find if a nephew exists.Kemp had his own nephew murdered to keep a Maga populist out of a senate seat.
Kemp couldn't pardon Trump if he wanted to. Georgia pardons are only legally available after serving the entirety of the punishment.Trump is losing until he wins the white house where he'll be quietly pardoned.
He deleted his nephew from reality. Fuckin Thanos snapped his ass.Given his nephew isn't even dead, I don't believe that's true. Honestly, googling, I can't even find if a nephew exists.
Abhorsen definitely read up on Georgia law. Unlike others in this thread.
@The Immortal Watch Dog you talking about what happend to his future son in law who died on the way to a campaign fir Loeffler?
He didn't. Look, there's reasons not to like Kemp. There's also reasons to like Kemp (he was better on Covid than Trump, for example, and that's where most of the animosity arose). I wouldn't put Kemp into the uniparty for that exact reason, though mayhaps I'm wrong. Why would he have is future son in law murdered?
This is something you need to provide evidence for or stop posting.Ah yes the son in law not nephew.
Either way murdering uniparty hack.
Just like with your accusations that Zelensky rapes kids, you again have no proof of anything, and should shut the fuck up on the subject.Ah yes the son in law not nephew.
Either way murdering uniparty hack.
Oh Kemp did amazing with covid from what my family told me.He didn't. Look, there's reasons not to like Kemp.
