Wagner recruiting criminals to bolster their ranks...that's going to end badly for all involved. Wagner will get troops with EXTREMLY questionable loyalties. They'll likely see more equipment lost/destroyed on the battlefield which might just mysteriously appear in the criminals' countries of origin. Then you're going to see criminals return to their homelands with actual military experience.

It's all crumbling for Russia -- troops are literally deserting en-masse or fragging their CO's so they can surrender. Their "allies" are turning their guns on Russian troops as soon as they're given said guns... from the Russians. Their state-sponsored PMC is turning to basically the international Mafia gangs for more troops (which is so going to end well, giving military hardware to these people!) and foreign mercenaries. Ukraine is either stealing or salvaging their top of the line (for Russia, anyway) hardware, forcing them to use older stuff in storage, while countries all over the world are donating/selling to Ukraine hardware and munitions constantly.
If this doesn't end with someone close to Putin just going up behind him and shooting him in the head, I'll be surprised.
