No, that isn't a dispute over facts. Everyone agrees what happened re: facts: there was a loan because of an appraisal of some land for some amount.
All the Creditor is saying: I don't care if Trump lied, I trust him, he's good for his loans, this shouldn't count as fraud. That's actually more about interpreting the facts and law.

There are all sorts of audits of the 2020 vote. Rather, the Republicans... Trump wouldn't accept the outcome of the audits. Don't get me wrong, I don't think Clinton or Biden are angels and if ACTUAL, proven, actionable wrongdoing can be found than by all means. Go get 'em. Most of it is just dripping with desperation, and then its hilarious when the cries of "lock her/him" up all of a sudden become "don't weaponize the justice department" when they ACTUALLY try to lock a politician up... make up your mind.
The Clinton email thing really ended up where it probably should have. A thorough "don't do that" seems appropriate. More hilarious is that Trump was using private email for quite awhile, and Colin Powell did before Clinton. It's a pretty common thing that absolutely shouldn't be happening.
The Biden thing... pedophile has lost all meaning in the past few years. Republicans cry wolf too often. Everyone you don't like is a pedophile. But totally not "definitely on Epstein's island" / "barged in on young girls undressing" / literally wants to bang his daughter Trump. Nope. Not at all. Because you like him.
Honestly the sexual stuff more than likely absolutely does pervade government, but it's absolutely not a partisan issue. They're all doing it. That's not a defense to it at all, it's terrible, but it's asinine to try to make it an "my people vs. your people" thing. It should be an "everyone vs. all of them" thing, but it's only weaponized when it's convenient.

Obviously, Trump is pure and perfect and has never done anything wrong ever as well as the rest of any Republicans but especially Trump, but the Democrats are literally all pedophile murderers who are actively trying to destroy the country, and only Trump can stop them.

Trump is the LEAST WORST OPTION, not perfect and pure.
But the concept of 'least worst option' being the reason people support Trump, despite his flaws, doesn't seem to register with people like you.

I think you're mistaking me there. I very much understand the "least worst option". It's how i've voted for years now. It 100% does register with me.
Disagreeing with you doesn't mean I don't understand. I'm in the same boat. Given Biden or Trump... I don't particularly like either of them... but the least worst option is Biden. There's plenty wrong with Biden. There's just, sooo much more wrong with Trump.
The difference here is that if you like Trump, i'm not going to sit here and accuse you of "buying lies" and what not and assume you simply don't understand anything. I'll use the term "Cult 45" in jest because I find some of the behavior of Trump people to be just baffling.
Rather, I want to point out where I see hypocrisy. Trump people want the government and politicians held accountable. Except. Not Trump. Just, other politicians. The blue ones.
I don't really have a side. I really don't like Democrats, but Republicans won't give me a decent candidate. I would potentially vote Republican. If Romney ran over Biden in 24, i'd vote Romney 100% of the time.
Biden just... kind of sucks. Trump is actively dangerous. I'm not voting for Biden. I'm voting against Trump.
You find the behavior of Trump people baffling because you still buy multiple lies about the man that the Dems and media started seeding in 2015 and onwards to try to take him out of the race before he was elected, and the lies about him afterwards to hinder him governing.
You still live in a TDS detached reality, like most of those who've bought the repeated lies about Trump.
A lot of us can't fucking stand Trump, but can clearly see how much better off the country and world stability was under Trump.
As far as holding people legally accountable: I'm only against the Trump witch hunt because they aren't going after the left too.
If they started going after the left for all their corruption with the same level of motivation as they are going for Trump? I wouldn't be so against it.
I don't like Trump, but I'm not going to support them coming after him when they give their guys a pass.
I'm not going to sit here and support "my side" being held accountable for things that the other side isn't. Period. All or nothing as far as I'm concerned.
It's a political witch hunt because they look the other way about Hillary or Biden's blatant and open corruption, while coming after Trump. Fuck that. That's bullshit. The Left have protected the Clintons for years while suiciding/'accidental deathing' many people in their way, including at least one Kennedy who would have had the Senate seat Hillary took in NY, had he lived.
