Deciding you don't want evil in your country and actively socially stigmatizing malevolent behavior isn't tyranny, you drama queen.
If the jurors convict they are traitors to the nation and I hope they are eventually thrown in a blacksite by the right.
Or failing that so viciously humiliated by their neighbors that they have to leave everything and flee the stats.

Would be an objectively correct statement; convicting Trump would be participating in a coup detat after the fact to give said coup legitimacy. That has always been a thing and it always will be and if they convict, the jurors are absolutely traitors to the Republic.

I don't quite agree. I think both are motivated by the same goals. I think Left is voting to get the government to give it to them because they think that is the best way to achieve those goals. I think Right is voting to get the government out because they view the government as the obstacle to achieving those goals. most people just want a fair chance to earn enough to have a family and eventually retire. how you get that and local conditions drastically change how those interests get expressed.
not gonna pretend the parties really align to those interests. the establishment set of both don't give a fuck. socialists are absolutely wrong but I get their arguments. the conclusions I fully disagree with but the issues they bring up? they do need some addressing. Maga isn't perfect either. but as an American I really do want my country to put America ahead of some other country that people can't even point to on a map.
Probably better than you do, being South American and all.
They still belong in a place like that, or Gitmo, or a reopened Alcatraz. Either way, you play a part in this charade and you should tried, convicted, and never be allowed to see sky again.

the trial represents an opportunity that you're not seeing. his best defence is that he's right about the dems cheating, and that makes all of the smoking guns that have been found in the last 3 years will end up being aired laundery.

Way to much shady stuff happened in Georgia. And the people that could investigate it are Republicans and they did everything possible to prevent it.
If they were so absolutely sure nothing bad happened and the results were perfect then they would have done a audit and proved it. Rubbed it all in Trumps face and make him look like a idiot.
You know, instead of stonewalling everything and refusing to investigate further than saying it's totally fine. Nothing happened. Ignore all the video footage and sworn statements that voter fraud occurred. Don't worry about it.
