United States Trump 2nd Term - Planning and Beyond

Bernie Sanders isn't a communist he's a self-described socialist. And when he means it he means it, one of the upsides of having Bernie around is he's authentic, even if he's wrong a lot of the time.
He went to the USSR during the 1980's for his honeymoon, and when he came back, talked about how bread lines were a good thing.

He's a communist.

And even if he was 'just' a socialist (which is a distinction of degree not type), that's also decidedly left wing.

Except what is there to litigate?
Federal versus state authority over things, I expect, as well as possibly to try to protect themselves from Trump's immigration czar's threats to jail politicians who uphold Sanctuary City/State policies in defiance of federal immigration authorities.

This is funny b/c Bernie has been selling out his principles for decades. I mean...how the heck do you think he affords all those nice mansions?

In regards to this, it's pretty clear cut that Federal Laws being executed by Federal agencies supersedes State Jurisdiction.

This was an issue supposedly solved at Appomattox, yet once again the Dems are trying to use 'states rights' claims to try to protect their right to own/utilize slave labor/illegal immigrant labor.

The way the Dems are acting makes me very worried we will get an ACW 2.0 over the Dems and their illegal immigration schemes. if the Sanctuary states/districts/cities decide not to listen to DC anymore and resist Trump's orders because they don't consider them legal/don't recognize Trump as a legit POTUS due to the deportation plans, and decided to unite with people like Newsom, Hochul, and other illegal immigrant utilizers/protectors in state govs.

Trump isn't in the Oval yet, and the Senate and House control margins keep getting slimmer due to the extend 'ballot counting' activities in some states for down ballot races in some blue/purple areas.

And with 3 House reps out as part of their work/appointments with Trump's incoming admin, till those new elections are held we don't know the actual numbers Trump will have to work with for House seats.

Doing an audit of the election to root out the fraud in it is still necessary, even with a Trump win; we just now actually have a chance to see 'under the hood', when Trump officially takes office.

For people in red areas, stay vigilant but understand the golden age is yours to have with Trump. It's the Trump supporters in blue areas that need understand how retarded some of their local govs may go, all in an effort to protect their illegal immigration scheme's and own ass's from the Dems decades of trying to import labor and illegal votes instead of taking care of actual American citizens and their needs.

Bernie was the Dems shot at going populist. the party rejected him even if their base didn't. instead they try and double down on extreme identity politics with climate doomerism to try and scare their base into not abandoning them. it has been less and less successful.
The thing is, Bernie is such a push-over that he's gone along with identity politics, to the point that he said the wonderfully historically ironic statement, "white people don't know what it's like to live in a ghetto," and allowed a couple of BLM activists to literally steal the podium and microphone from him at one of his own rallies.

Dude, seriously? :cautious: He's an apologist for both the Soviet Union and communist Cuba. He's the reason people think Cuba's heath care system is so great, because he went there and then came back and acted like a damn cheerleader for Castro's government.

Honestly if they want to suddenly embrace states' rights as a cause now that it's convenient to them, I say we cut off Federal funds to them, and where they could be gone after is if they abuse funds they do have to continue paying for illegals. Want Illegals to be cops? Fine, no Federal funding for that, no access to military surplus like they've been getting. Want to house Illegals in hotels and such? Fine, no funding for construction or roads. Pay for it themselves.

I hate to say this, but Trump should take a page from the Democrats and have these illegals housed in internment camps while all the legal bullshit is sorted out. Damn the optics.
Nah, he should just focus ICE's efforts on states/cities that aren't resisting while simultaneously directing the DOJ to investigate any lawyer or mayor that is resisting.

You just have to dig up a few skeletons and have a few them arrested/disbarred and then the rest will shut the fuck up and do as they're told.

Socialists praising authoritarian countries is nothing new.
