This reminds me a bit of the video where the woman who won the strongest woman in the world competition went around and challenged random guys to arm wrestle.
Some of those random guys, none of whom appeared to be pro athletes or even hobbyist bodybuilders, beat her. They were simply on the larger side, and decently fit. That's literally all that it took.
I'm 6'2" and weigh over 240 pounds. If I were to insist on competing in women's wrestling, it would probably take me six months of intensive training to be able to use my overwhelming physical advantages to completely wreck most women, whether they'd spent their entire lives pursuing the sport or not.
That's not fair to them. I didn't do anything special to have genes for being big. I did make a point of eating lots of protein and calcium growing up, but that's because I like meat and cheese, not because I was trying for a fitness diet.
And if any guy who were serious about strength and fitness, and/or pro wrestlers got into a match against me, I'd probably get completely wrecked. Not even stand a chance. And I'd deserve to get wrecked for competing in a field I've put no real effort into being good in.
Hard reality matters.
