Springfield Illinois YMCA Swim Team banned a sixteen year old girl for Hate Speech after the YMCA Coaches and Administrators began allowing transgendered penis wielders to share the locker room with the numerous minors that were part of the YMCA's swim team without informing the team or their parents.

In subsequent communications the parents and swimemrs asked if the transgendered swimmers could use the family locker rooms instead of the Womens and the YMCA/Swim leadership replied that it was hate speech, discrimination and against the law. When they suggested the YMCA send out a notification to the parents in general about transgendered individuals sharing the locker room with minors, the YMCA/Swim leadership replied that too was hate speech, discrimination and against the law. They then cancelled subsequent meetings to discuss the issue with parents and laughed off further inquiries.

Two of the swimmers then put up signs inside of the Girls Locker Room stating the slogans "Biological Women Only" "Women's Rights" and "Safe Sport." The Coach of the team stated this was hate speech and removed one of the girls who came forward to reveal she put up the signs in the locker room.

David Bloch, a Snowboarding coach who founded the snowboarding program at Woodstock Union High School back in 2011 was fired from his job he had for over a decade. Why? Because he had a short conversation with two student athletes in which he stated "male athletes have a physical advantage over female athletes." The conversation arose after a competing school put transitioning MtF Man up against female snowboarders at a prior event.

He was dismissed the next day by the Superintendent with immediate termination.

David Bloch is now filing a lawsuit against the school.

"For more than a decade, Dave has led the Woodstock Union snowboarding program to enormous success in terms of both athletic accomplishment and personal growth of the snowboarders," said Mathew Hoffman, Alliance Defending Freedom legal counsel, who represents Mr. Bloch.

"But for merely expressing his views that males and females are biologically different and questioning the appropriateness of a teenage male competing against teenage females in an athletic competition, school district officials unconstitutionally fired him," he said.

The three Captains of a Roanoke College Swim Team in Virginia have protested the allowing of a transitioning male swimmer onto their team.

The Captains of the Sophomore, Junior and Senior swim team squads, Kate Pearson, Lily Mullens and Bailey Gallagher respectively stated that their Coach told them that the Swimmer they previously knew as a Male was going to join the team and felt abandoned by the College, NCAA, and lawmakers for their lack of support, all stating they would have to deal with it on their own.

I never expected to be blindsided by a teammate from the men's team who now wanted to compete against me and my fellow swimmers and shatter our records," Gallagher said, noting she was initially supportive of the trans swimmer's transition.

"Why even try to swim when racing against a biological male?" Mullens asked. "Our defeat was written in biology."

Mullens said everyone on the team was shocked and confused when their coach told them the trans swimmer would be coming aboard.

"We were all motivated to win this year after coming in second last year, and all that motivation disappeared when we discovered that a biological male would be joining the women's team," Mullens said.

The Swim Captains met with their own team and all agreed they did not want the Trans person to compete alongside them. The Coach stated that even if the entire team refuses to participate alongside the Trans Swimmer, then the College would go forward with only one Trans swimmer on the entire team.

The Swim Captains then penned a letter to give to their Coach to deliver to the Trans Swimmer who wanted to join the team but he didn't read the letter and instead there was a meeting with both Swim teams where the Trans Swimmer stated he felt betrayed and sad and suicidal to their fellow swimmers.

During practices, the Trans Swimmer easily met or bested the times of the Female Swimmers inspite of not having been training recently including unofficially beating a 50 meter Freestyle record.

After more meetings and unanimous support from the Female Swimmers, the Trans Swimmer eventually withdrew from the Swim team.
