It's not gender neutral toys, it's a gender neutral aisle of toys. Like an aisle of Barbies, Hot Wheels, transformers, dolls, etc.
Basically they need to have an aisle that has both male and female toys mixed together.

I'm pretty sure "gender neutral" here is satisfied simply by grouping toys on the basis of type rather than gender -- i.e., all the LEGO sets should be together, as opposed to regular LEGOs being grouped as "boy toys" and LEGO Friends sets being grouped as "girl toys".

Except there was a reason they got split up and advertised as they were. Lego legit did play studies to examine the differences in how boys and girls play with toys because they were wondering why they couldn't sell more to girls. lego friends was what they came up with since it focused more on characters and less on the builds.

I can think of cartels booby-trapping places/supply routes, but Islamists have been coming over the border with Mexico for decades now.
They know the illegal immigration lobby will turn a blind eye to terror suspects coming in via Mexico so long as the flow of illegal goods/illegal immigrants doesn't stop.
Look at how the Dems are willing to effectively throw Ukraine under the bus, or hold them close to the edge, just to not address our own border security. So I'm not sure IED's are going to register as the threat they truly represent to the Dem's base, while it should be causing warning bells with every War on Terror vet and the Vietnam vets too, as well as any not in favor of the cartels/open borders.

I would point out that LEGO sets were historically billed and advertised as toys for *all* children. The perception of LEGO as for boys came from toy stores and department stores deciding to shelve LEGO sets with "boy toys" unless they were explicitly "girly" series like Paradisa and Belleville. The Friends sets *don't* focus "less on the builds"; what LEGO's market research is cited as finding was that girls wanted challenging builds that *also* worked as character playsets post-build, which is not dissimilar to the way the LEGO Star Wars sets have evolved towards being "buildable models" rather than free-build sets like classic LEGO. The extensive use of Technic components as internal reinforcement makes these sets a lot more sturdy and "swoosh able", at the cost of *not* being easily rebuilt as anything else.
