The big problem that has caused such issues with the midwestern offensive are the post-Navarro actions of the NCR. If McDowell at Rockford or Blackwell at St. Louis knew that surrender was a viable option ... there would be a much higher chance of them taking it. and O'Hare would already have fallen - a skeleton crew was left at O'Hare when most everybody went out for Rockford, and St. Louis would have failed under the pressures of the siege. Which denies them two deeply important logistical areas.

Well yeah, that is what I said. I meant that the actual de-facto leader, assuming that it isn't some oligarchic leadership, is probably not claiming to be him.

Or maybe it is the AI leader prediction that was also made. The Fallout!PRC submarines did have a pretty advanced computers as the Shi showed. And John Henry Eden emerged as an unintentional Artificial Intelligence, so it wouldn't be impossible for the PRC to create one whether intentionally or unintentionally.

Whether or not any of that is close to reality is obviously up to you since I and everyone else here are just theorizing.

I imagine it would be similar in a theoretical scenario of someone finding Jesus of Nazareth's grave and body, showing that he in fact died, did not resurrect, and also somehow 100% confirmed it. Would kinda shatter the faith of majority of people if they found out the person they are basically treating as a living god was in fact dead.

This is the Enclave with Pre-War and Institute tech. Their high morals are skin deep at best.

They could have dozens of totally under cover Black Widow like spies that would have kids and carry out decade long deep cover missions.

Honestly from what we have seen I would not be surprised if the Enclave Secert Servcie has things like a Red Room or a spy ring like in the Show The Americans.
