Pentagon is making plans to establish a better system of transferring arms to Taiwan in a manner similarly to how the United States is supplying Ukraine. This is intended to help alleviate the $19 billion backlog in arms shipments that Taiwan has been expecting from the United States that is largely due to American production constraints. This will involve being able to use Presidential Drawdown Authority to transfer arms from US military stockpiles to Taiwan.

Clearly you disagree, yet you oddly still cannot define what that "composite of policies and behaviors" are from which to judge your contention vs mine. If it's unclear, then please explain by what metrics you think they aren't. If you can't define them, then you're admitting it's entirely subjective, so why did you even bother to start this conversation?
