The groups documented in detail 14 attacks that damaged or destroyed 18 buildings, killing and injuring civilians. The fact that Russia is losing ships at all to a country that barely had a navy to begin with is symptomatic of how deeply embarrassing this war has been for the sick and old Russian Bear.
