A thread below comparing the absolute numbers in shifts of controlled territory between the two forces since the beginning of the War. For example in the whole month of August Ukraine reportedly liberated 35 square kilometers of territory. Since the beginning of the counteroffensive in the beginning of June, they've liberated roughly 335 square kilometers of territory which is the biggest change in territorial control since last year. Russia currently controls 17.49% of Ukrainian territory (including the Crimea and Donbass since 2014/15).

After weeks of fighting Ukrainian forces have reportedly secured Robotyne and are continuing to develop their advance.
