Conflicting reports of between 6 and 22 dead in Odesa from multiple Ukrainian State Agencies, both agree most casualties taken from airstrikes.

Did they not have troops on the land border with Crimea? If so that seems insane but would explain how so much of that area was taken so quicily.
Probably a token force, my guess is, they just had too many angle too covers and not enough soldiers, they really should have been mobilizing a while ago…

TO recap what I am hearing from Coach Redpill in Kiev.
>Zelenski is a moron and shelling the Breakaway Republics, telling the Russian people to overthrow their government and wanting to go nuclear.
>Russia allegedly hit every single military installation in Ukraine and a few airports.
>Russia took out the Ukrainian Airforce.
>Zelenski is a retard.
>Russia hit a 3rd rate power with 1st rate power weapons.
>Russians are limiting their strikes to military targets, allegedly the situation in Kiev is not all that tense.Electricity and internet is fine in most of Ukraine, Russia stays away from civilian infrastructure.

Cherbnobyl is right near the border of belarus, and close to the separatist provinces so it would have fallen very early in the advance so that part seems likely.
With regards to the protests,I hate being right that the thing the world did about allowing some protests while blocking others would come back and hit us.
As for Chechnya once the Islamits were defeated and most of their members fled to join insurgencies throughout the middle east Putin installed an ally there.

Coach redpill says the Ukrainian army was told to evacuate from the entire Kharkov district.

Ten-minute old report from DPA, Russians in complete control of Henichesk and Kherson Raions, implying they've crossed the Dnieper at at least one point.

I doubt that very much as there is an overlap between civil and military infrastructure, and you can't target only one. Also, what defines a military target.

I mean they were defacto past it anyway as the dneiper is to the east of Belarus.

Bases, military airports, supply depots, etc. Why not go and ask coach yourself?
He is there, on the actual spot.

Yeah, but now the Russians have a bridgehead in the south, so any reports of them stopping at the Dnieper are demonstrably bullshit.
That was already the case. Since their stated aim is to get those provinces and "demilitarize" Ukraine aka topple the government they would be pushing to the capital at the very least to try to force a surrender.

Coach says all airports hit, hypersonic cruise missiles allegedly used, some paratroopers deployed. Not sure what was hit by what, but allegedly everything of military significance up to Lvov got attacked.

He hears some random explosions in Kiev all day, but they were one off ones, so probably precision ordnance or sabotage.

Fighting audible in Odesa, allegedly to east of the city center.

If reports of shooting from east of the city are true, it seems the Russians have landed somewhere along the coast to the south-east of the city. This might be good for the Ukrainians, as that part of the coast is covered in cliffs and breakwaters, so potential landing points are limited to a few beaches that slope up into kill zones. They might be able to stop them there, if the Russians haven't already broken out.
