Yes. It's not uncommon. The only exception is if doing so leaves a person with no citizenship in any country. As that is an international law that every UN member signed. Even China and the Soviet Union. Although neither China or the Soviets paid more than lip service to most treaties.

Another example are those idiots who joined Daesh and are now clamoring to be brought back to the West. Their citizenships were revoked and the UK and France were the first to refuse to bring them back. I'm of the opinion they are traitors and should face execution alongside the other Daesh fighters that have been caught. I don't care that some of them are women and only married a terrorist. They are all traidor!

The apotheosis of Putin’s stupidity:

He’s made a martyr.
No,it was actually smart.Navalny was imperialist,like Putin,but smart - he wanted invade Ukraine&others,too.
But,he would succed as leader. That is why there was risk that Putin froends would kill them, switch for Navalny, and get all they wonted.
Now,it is not possible - war would be lead by our beloved coloned.

The longer this goes on the worse it will be for both him and Russia that said its honestly surprising he kept the place as stable as it was as long as he did, but it is going to fall apart.
True, but he belive that he is only person capable of saving Evil Empire,so he must kill rivals.
But - he could still win.All we need are american democrats giving Europe to germans, and germans in their stupidity welcoming soviets to next partition.
This time Sralin plan would work, and soviet tanks would stop on Atlantic shore.

So,Putin could win - but only thanks to Democrats.Just like Sralin during WW2.

More on the Ukrainian front from an Estonian former soldier Arthur Rehi who takes our donations and buys gear, drones and vehicles to deliver to the Ukrainian military.

Update on Russia from a Russian who has been criticizing Putin and Russian Government corruption for several years.

Last night 12.5 hours ago Crimeans are saying they heard multiple explosions and distant flashes on the Kerch bridge. It is now closed this morning to both ends. At the same time Project 225 Sergei Kotov was sank in its patrol of Kerch last night.

I hope Kerch took catastrophic damage.

This is a great way to help fund Ukraine's defense off of the value of frozen Russian assets, and get the reparations machine moving that Russia will have to deal with for decades to come after they lose their invasion.

Interesting fact, why ukrainians do not feel any gratitude for Poland, after our help. They belive, that we are german property, and helped them ,becouse Germany ordered us so.
So,they are grateful ,but not to us.

Well, now we are german property - and ,precisely becouse of it,we would not help them anymore.Becouse Germany ALWAYS would choose Moscov over Ukraine.

I forget few facts.here:
1.Moscov have averagely 8 lobbysts on one european Parliament member.
2.Moscov tried to lure many countries into vision of Europe from Vladivostok to Lisbon - and i fear, that it could work, germans still love them
3.Who support Moscov in Europe?
3A - buyed politicians,like Gerhard Schroder.
3B - useful idiots, like ecologists, like Greenpeace, attacking NATO bases and atomic plants.german ecologist attacked polish work on Oder river, but Tusk arleady stopped it.Germans do not like that.
3C - idiot politicians beliving that Putin is fighting for Chrystianity.Very funny, considering that we are taking about KGB.

France does have a very large domestic arms production so that means they can support themselves.
As in why he is not afraid anymore
And is distracting from his horrible time as leader of the French

Well this explains why Scholz's seems so tepid on his support for Ukraine, despite previously seeming gung-ho to support them.

Delusions of being the 'peace chancellor' are costing UA lives.
