The Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022 which was back in March of 2022 which provided the initial $13.6 billion in emergency aid already had a requirement where it issued $4 million specifically to the Office of the USAID Inspector General for that oversight and four million more for the State Department Inspector General. In addition to that, there was the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General who had their own oversight operation and from what I could find, were to report their findings to Congress as of June 2022 of that year.
