Not only liberal.Boers were conqered by England, and USA was trying to destroy them after 1948 no matter who ruled in Waschington.ANC = Absolutely No Competence.
These are the people that the liberal West wanted to have ruling the country.
I don't think it really slowed the counter-offensive on it's own, as the offensive was always going to be a grind (the idea it'd be a repeat of Kharkiv was fanciful at best), and the idea of a major crossing near Kherson was...an option, but one of the lower end options for Ukraine compared to punching south overland from Zaphorizia(?) toward Melitpol and the Sea of Azov. The move slowed down the Ukrainain counter offensive and bought the russians weeks worth of time. It might have been worth it to them.

what third party? It'll never happen of course, but having third party peacekeepers at a site like a nuclear power plant to keep the peace around it would be a sensible idea. And the IAEA and whatever can do whatever to ensure the whole thing doesn't like... meltdown or get blown up, even a little bit.
what third party?
which countries are not currently involved?
I am being literal. Is your second question meant to be literal or rhetorical/satirical lol?
I am being literal.
What is the differance between yellow and green? Like where would medical supplies fall under?I am being literal.
Yellow is "non-material military aid"... which sounds like it means "did not actually send any stuff"What is the differance between yellow and green? Like where would medical supplies fall under?

just look up the specific countries exact contribution.
For example, the big yellow country in south america is columbia.
It did not send stuff, it sent people.
Specifically, columbia sent military engineers with a specialization in landmines to train ukranians in the removal of landmines

How many Bakhmut's worth of territory have they taken in the last couple of weeks?Ukraine cant even make it to the first real line of defense.
You think they are going to cross miles of muddy fields to break through with no air cover, against an enemy that outnumbers them, commands the skies, has artillery dominance and has line after line of prepared defense?
Let me know how that goes. Oh wait, dont bother, we just saw.
How many Bakhmut's worth of territory have they taken in the last couple of weeks?
