Except that Russians have always been well known for being barbaric. So it's not like it's a great claim that is doubtful. Their armies were known to be filled with rapists, and drunks from the days of the Tsars, to the Soviets, to now. I haven't seen any proof that they have changed or "cleaned up their army."

That video has also been analyzed by NATO and EU intelligence and been verified as real. Ukrainian SOF and Intelligence agents have been on the lookout for those responsible. They gotten one so far, but no idea of the rest as unlike Russia, Ukraine has very good and constantly improving infosec.

Fixed. It's Izium. They are still cataloging the forensics of the bodies found there.
Until Russia took down Russian Telegram there were a plethora of videos with drunk Russian soldiers torturing both military and civilian prisoners. There are probably third party sites that reposted them
