Unless we are dealing with a zombie outbreak before.I'm confused; is this before or after they knelt on his neck?

Uh oh....
Guys...
This would be after.I'm confused; is this before or after they knelt on his neck?

Truth is irrelevant the mob wants blood, even if we had 100% proof, it would mean nothing to them.Well...
If this is true... this is going to get ugly.
Millions in damages, innocents beaten and murdered, and every cop in the US slandered.
And it might have been for fake news...
Not that they didn't cause the guys death but, again, if true the entire narrative was wrong.

I agree, but we can be certain that the defense is going to bring it up in court; assuming a fair trial is even in the cards at this point. Picking that jury is going to be a nightmare.Yet none of that excuses what those cops did.
That cop could have shifted his leg to George's shoulder or put it there in the first place, but he didn't.
None of what happened to George is 'fake news', just because he was resisting earlier.
We arnt sayimng the cop is innocent but we at least understand the situation in which leads to him being in said positionYet none of that excuses what those cops did.

From family who works in that area of law, standard procedure would have the trial out of state.I agree, but we can be certain that the defense is going to bring it up in court; assuming a fair trial is even in the cards at this point. Picking that jury is going to be a nightmare.
Plus the whole knee on the neck; none of the rest would have mattered without that.Presumably what happened is that he was drugged up and thrashing in the car-this meant they had to take him back outside and restrain him.
Which given the drugs in his system and the fact he had heart issues was enough to kill him.
He still may have died without the neck pressurePlus the whole knee on the neck; none of the rest would have mattered without that.

Given how this has become such a major national story, I'm honestly not sure moving it out of State would be enough to even clear the jury pool. A fair trial is going to be very hard to have. From family who works in that area of law, standard procedure would have the trial out of state.
It is the best way for a fairer trailGiven how this has become such a major national story, I'm honestly not sure moving it out of State would be enough to even clear the jury pool. A fair trial is going to be very hard to have.

If hw dows not get 2nd Degree murder it will be hel once againMaybe once or if things calm down, but for now, better keep it on the down low
and then Riots break out when it doesnt stick..Which incentivizes juries and judges to press as hard as possible for the harshest sentence.
